Integrate Performance Fitness is the place to be. Al will make you work very hard, but you'll have fun doing it. I do the awesome power peleton (indoor bike trainer) workouts, and they are amazing. I have seen Al training clients, and he takes great care to make sure they are getting the most out of their workout, and using the proper form and technique to prevent injury too. And last but not least, you'll actually get a good laugh once in a while. You will not find better trainers anywhere else.

Al and Jamii really know their stuff - I worked with them before my first century in February and not only did I finish - but I was ready to go another 20 miles! They know how to switch it up so its not boring (for you or your muscles) and they keep it peppy and fun so you look forward to going in.
I would highly recommend this to any friends and I look forward to seeing you at class!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Julie W.San Francisco, CA174621Aug 6, 2010
I joined the I100 century training program this year and LOVED it. I was at the lower end of their skill set. Kristen took me from 20 mile rides to 100+, while building my skills and confidence. Their hill repeats and weekend rides were challenging and fun. I did not attend any of the studio classes but heard great things from my teammates.
If anyone knows of a cycling group like this in SF please let me know as I recently moved to SF. IPF is one of a kind, and I'm desperately seeking a SF replacement.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Linda N.Morgan Hill, CA18816Mar 11, 2009First to Review
I attended the 'It's a Girl Thing' bike clinic put on by Jamii and Al, and it was amazing! The class was small, with lots of instructors, and covered eveything from nutrition and core strength through all sorts of cycling skills. Even accident recovery was covered for some of us!
The class was set up so that each participant got personal attention, focused on their strengths and weaknesses. I'm sure that everyone whom attended walked away with plenty of new information and skills.
I'd recommend them to anyone that wants to strengthen their cycling skills while having fun, and can't wait for their next clinic.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Brian T.Sunnyvale, CA05Sep 22, 2009
I have been training with Integrate since February 2009 and have been astounded by my increased speed, power, climbing, sprinting and recovery. Al and Jamii are full of enthusiasm and are extremely knowledgeable about recovery, strength training, physiology, nutrition, etc. I was more than prepared for my first century and have decided to keep attending the weekly core strength classes; I've even recruited my wife to start attending the core classes too!
Highly recommended.....there is no other program like Integrate's!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Anthony M.Campbell, CA09Feb 9, 2015
I have been a member of Integrate Fitness since it started back in...heck, I don't even remember. Anyways, it's been a while since I've been (travel schedule) but when I get the time again, it'll be Integrate Fitness I go back to. The trainers, the atmosphere, and of course Al, all make your workout a memorable experience. there's a lot of gyms out there to choose from but if you want a good workout, a knowledgeable staff, service and loyalty from, not to, from your gym, then Integrate Fitness is an facility worth checking out and giving a try.
