Ognjen did a fantastic work evaluating the condo I am purchasing at a very fair price. Another great aspect of dealing with Inspect Consulting was the quickness of the scheduling an inspection that I needed to do in a very short span of time. I am extremely impressed and I can't recommend it any higher!

I called Inspect Consulting needing a condo inspection with a quick turn around. I was surprised that they not only were able to schedule, conduct, and deliver the report within the time frame I needed but also at what quality and price they were able to do so at. Ogi of Inspect Consulting was very fair (actually cheaper) than other quotes I had gotten and really took his time with the inspection and report. Past that, he was more than willing to talk to me to go over the report and recommend any contacts for items needed to fixed. Will definitely refer and continue to use Inspect Consulting for any inspection needs.
