In-N-Out Burger

AMAZING SERVICE!!! wow i really love procrastinating right before my ap exams that's for sure! I went to Palm Springs for my sister's pickleball thing and afterwards we went to Cabazon Outlets but my father kept complaining that it was dead and empty. Like no duh it's 2pm on a random Wednesday. We haven't eaten all day so we decided to stop by In-N-Out since I had a gift card!

We were gonna do drive thru but I thought it was going to take too long so I was like let's walk in! There was one person in front of us that wanted onion rings and the cashier was patiently explaining that they don't have onion rings how funny. And then we ordered and she was super nice! Her name is kimmberlyn!! GIVE HER A RAISE!!! The food came out a bit slow but it was okay! We were order number 1 which was interesting and then we left. The smell of the food was nauseatingly good!!! I wanted to take a photo of the animal style fries but my sister ate it too quickly. LOL. so I just have a scenic photo of the cheeseburger and the mountains in the background! I love in-n-out and I would go again that's for sure!

Came in on Valentine's Day for lunch. In n out is always packed, and today was no exception. We ordered a number one and number two, the second sandwich having been customized. We sat down to a clean bar, so that was also nice. Our food came out quickly and it was hot and fresh..

So why two stars?

When we initially ordered our food, the cashier leans in and says to my husband, "second girl today huh?" Noticing our confusion, Vanessa (our cashier) giggles and says, "I thought I'd try a joke out. Guess it didn't land."

Uh No Vanessa.. it did not.

At first I didn't really think that was what she had said.. I mean, it was random, and not about cheeseburgers or french fries... but my party clarified that you did in fact say it. Looking around, I noticed couples, enjoying their meals.. and giving gifts to each other.... I am glad she tried her flat joke on my party, it could have completely ruined someone else's Valentine's Day, it could have caused a great deal of drama and pain to someone, or like me, just left a bad taste in your mouth..

In n out is usually the better option for a burger, and they do tend to pay their employees well, so I was surprised to see such childish behavior coming from the employee. It is also a damn shame this girl thought it cute or "funny" to ruin someone else's day... Valentine's Day no less..with high school storytelling and Tom foolery... Clearly Vanessa has some growing up to do.

Please remember you serve cheeseburgers, you do not know people, or their lives, and to make jokes about something like that on a day others celebrate is in poor taste..

Hopefully no one else has to hear Vanessa's jokes for today..

Unbelievable every single time! The consistency of everything from the food to the employees is just America at its best!

Typical location for in n out. Always busy. Food is very predictable. Got a surprise yesterday though. Always get well done fries and yesterday they had salt and pepper on them instead of just salt. I actually liked it. Not sure if that's something new or just a mistake - or if the black spots on the fries were something other than pepper! Either way, another fast food experience that did not disappoint.

Found a throw-up that was never cleaned up immediately. This is totally unacceptable by any standard....

Always fresh! Always delicious! Friendly staff.
The ""hidden menu" has unique and fun items.

New location for us... friendly, fast & efficient... parking was a struggle so many businesses in the same area....
But hey it's In -N-Out! We needed a
Protein messy burger fix.... Yum....

The lobby was chilly with 46 degrees outside. The food was ready at 9:45pm when I ordered at 9:22pm in the lobby. Already informed them of both...

These people are amazing! I walked in & the place was packed with customers! The drive thru was steady with cars filling the line outside. I got to a cashier and gave a very detailed, special order full of "secret" menu items. The girl at the register was pleasant, friendly, professional and repeated my order back to me perfectly. After paying I stood back and was pleased to see all the team members working together, smiling, and getting the orders out quickly! I highly recommend this amazing place!! If I could give them six stars, I would!

" Food Tasted Better This Time "

We went to the newest In-N-Out Burger store in Beaumont, CA to have some lunch. The In-N-Out in Beaumont is very big, very clean, and organized. The employees were very nice and took my order right away. The store manager was very loudly managing his employees to make sure that they got all the take-out and in-store orders done very fast and well. We had the combo #1 Double-Double. That included Toasted Buns, two Beef Patties, Two cheese slices, Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, and some delicious In-N-Out Spread Sauce that has not been changed since 1948. The combo also included French Fries and a Soda. The Burger was delicious, and the fries were very crispy which was what I ask for. We will definitely be coming back to this In-N-Out for some more meals.
