After reviewing the layout of the property, it seems that there are more units than parking spaces. Is parking on the premises a hassle?
A:
Yes it is depending on which building (I've noticed that song buildings have tons of open spaces while others have none) and what time of the day you get home.

Loved living here. I moved to this complex when building 3 was completed. The design is modern and cozy. The community is always quite and the staff does a wonderful job with keeping the complex clean. Not every apartment complex is perfect but this is close. I had to move with I relocated to Dallas for work. After being in another complex for the last 3 months, there is a lot I miss about this IMT location. Mostly the small staff who takes time to get to know you and is always welcome to feedback or even going to the extra step to make sure you're being accommodated. They're extremely pet friendly and also treat your pet with the same consideration and politeness

Moved in a week ago, and the lease signing process was the best I've every experienced. Their staff was really what made the difference when I was deciding on a new apartment. When I first started looking, I needed a yard for my dogs, and on the first phone call talked to Joe. He ran out to get a photo of the yard of the particular unit available and emailed it to me with the specs right away! Went in the next day for a tour, and Joe was at lunch and spoke with Jessica. Jessica walked me around to every unit that was available and fit what I was looking for. She and Joe are very personable and I really appreciate that after looking at over 10 complexes!
They both went out of their way to help me decide which unit, and showed me the all available units (two times because it was hard to decide!) and the closest covered parking and answered my many questions via phone and email. They are the reason I chose this complex!
Move in was great, it was a pleasant surprise to open my front door to see the cute welcome Jessica put in the apartment. Lisa was great at move in explaining everything. I put in a minor maintenance request after move in, and it was handled within the day. When I had a question about it the same day later in the day, Lisa the manager had an answer without having to consult the team.

The pros definitely outweigh the cons in comparison to my present home.
Is it a little more expensive? Yes, but you get what you pay for.
All of the staff, were very accommodating, professional and patient.

Wanted to leave an updated review of this apartment after having actually lived there! We ended up renewing our lease and lived at this property for two years and it's the best apartment we've ever lived at! We made friends with all of our neighbors and the maintenance crew members and never had to deal with feeling unsafe. If I had to say one negative thing it would be that you can hear everything through the walls but that just comes with apt life. Thanks for so many happy memories IMT!

Jun 24, 2017Previous reviewMy husband and I recently moved into the IMT Residences at Riata and were blown away with he amazing customer service and features of the apartment. We had a "welcome home" sign waiting on us when we walked in which was a great touch to see after a 3+ hour drive in a UHaul! The application process was smooth and simple and Joe was great to work with. We chose this complex after apartment hunting for several days and reading hundreds of reviews on other properties. After 2 days it already feels like home.

We moved here from Chicago with only 2 weeks notice. We got in touch with Brittany and she was beyond helpful. She sent us not 1 but 2 video tours since we wanted something with a yard. Have you ever heard of an apartment complex with a yard? Yea, me neither. They are brand new and we love it here so far! The maintenance guys are seriously the nicest and the office staff is so so helpful.

Gates and elevator are frequently broken. Leasing office won't give 2 keys on move in. Charges $50 for additional fob.
If you have 2 cars they won't give u an additional gate pass. Was told to call-box myself in every time since they refused to give another gate sensor sticker.
If battery dies on your front door you are locked out since they don't use keys for entry but instead a fob sensor. Have seen others locked out without warning waiting for maintenance.
Too many dogs yapping and owners not picking up after them.

George, My name is Lisa and I am the Community Manager here at IMT Residences at Riata. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I am more than happy to address each of these for you. We understand there have been times in which the gates have malfunctioned and repairs were necessary, but we have had those issues addressed as quickly as possible with our vendors to get them operational. Each resident that is a leaseholder on the TAA Lease Contract for the apartment will receive a key fob to the apartment, and if any extra key fobs are needed, there is a $50 charge for extra key fobs. One gate access tag is given per the number of bedrooms in the unit that is rented. However, we do provide directory access codes to all leaseholders, so there is a way to open the gates. Emergency maintenance is available after hours in the event the front door no longer works due to a battery or software issue. Our maintenance staff strives to address any emergency issue as fast as possible for the convenience of our residents. We definitely do love our pets here! I know at times they can get quite loud with their barking, but we are more than happy to contact their owner to speak with them about their pets barking to help minimize the noise level. As for their owners not picking up their pet waste, please let us know when or if you have witnessed any resident not picking up after their pet and we can address it with them personally. We will send out another reminder to all pet owners within our community about picking up after their pet as well. So I have lived in a ton of places and this complex has been by far one of the best ones I've lived in. I will always recommend this place and not just because the apartments and town homes are nice, the staff is seriously top notch.
I have to give a special shout out to Joseph Zapotechne, he was the reason I decided to make this place my home and he is one of the most knowledgeable, responsive and professional consultants that I have worked with ever. I was always impressed with how quickly anything I brought to their attention was addressed and the general nature of how they treated their residents.
Cheers to keeping customer service alive as it is so important and the residual business you will receive will make it all worth it.

Lived here now for a month and couldn't be happier with my decision after looking at a number of places. The apartments are brand new, beautiful and stylish. Complex is clean and quiet. Jessica Capo has been the best to deal with and made my move so easy. She was even patient with my indecisiveness and helped me to narrow down to an apartment that I absolutely love!

Great property! Clean, new, safe. Two workout facilities and air conditioned mail room with key fob required for entry. Beautiful property. We're from Vegas and have high expectations for customer service-- Jessica exceeded all of them.
