Our business was recently contacted by Sasha Williams, associated with this address, claiming to have customers that might benefit from our services. She had our interest, until she refused to identity who she worked for, and the company that would be calling, as she request four times for my phone number, and refused to provide information stating "your phone number, then our support staff will call you" as the only subject to my request for more information before giving out private contact info. If this is how they handle potential clientele, that they now have lost business from, I can't imagine how they would handle paying clients.

Pretty good work space but a little pricey for what you get to utilize. Seemed busy and trendy but not overly service oriented.

Location/Parking: Located in the Art District! Full of lovely hipsters! Lot is a bit small, but there is plenty of street parking.
Service: They provide all the necessities for companies... ie: free coffee, conference rooms, kitchen and many other accomedies.
Venue: Great place to rent out office space if you are starting up a business. The company occupies two floors and they offer classes at night. They also offer free events also
Experience: Recently, I went to a a startup tech community meetup and it was a amazing experience. They provided free refreshments and who doesn't love free stuff! It was a great place to share ideas with fellow professionals that want to startup a business or take in advice from others and feel inspired.
Would love to join this community some time down the road!Helpful 11Thanks 0Love this 10Oh no 0 - Sarah R.Los Angeles, CA1322431161Nov 18, 2012First to Review
Great space.
Awesome people.
Great location.
Inspiring vibe.
Love the decor.
Easy to access wifi.
Easily accessible kitchen and amenities.
Great mission.
Easy parking.
Only hard part is finding them. I can only assume that this is because their signage isn't up yet, because they are so new. Ha!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Andre B.La Cañada Flintridge, CA4540Sep 11, 2018

I had the pleasure of getting a tour of the HUB from Ann and Elizabeth during their open house this past weekend. It's a very impressive place with a mission that synthesizes so much of what folks in the social responsibility space seem to need: room to work, excellent panels/talks/programming, think-tanky vibe, and a positive but serious-minded dedication to getting things done.
The HUB's Downtown location is, in my opinion, a smart choice in that more westerly locations in LA seem to be saturated with... stuff. Especially startup-oriented stuff. A truly standout player like the HUB has room to grow in a very cool, progressive, artistic part of town that has much to give in the way of community and grassroots support. The HUB's physical space, of course, is a beautiful loft, the likes of which you're just not going to find anywhere else in LA.
All in all, this is an excellent addition to the Arts District and one that I wholeheartedly look forward to participating in (just signed up for membership yesterday, actually).
Bonus points: I now get to 1) make more frequent use of the Metro rail from the Westside to Downtown and 2) spend more time at the Daily Dose. If you've been, you know what I'm talking about.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Rachel S.Los Angeles, CA1041117Jan 21, 2014
I've yet to engage in a conversation with anyone in the building that hasn't led to a beneficial work connection or at the least an impressive linkedin connection. Trust me, you never know when that random connection will help intro you to someone down the line.
I joined a few months ago and finally feel like I've found a place in Los Angeles where people care about things and are actually doing something about it. I'm the only staff member at my organization and its been huge having this super productive and supportive place to come. Tons of events throughout the week intentionally designed for members to meet and collaborate. I just love the hub so much.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - J Z.New York, NY88193May 18, 2016
I love working at the Impact Hub. Everyone is super friendly and I've been able to make fruitful business and personal connections. It's in a dope area with lots of restaurants, bars and murals. It's close to a metro and there's parking in the lot for $5 all day which is really affordable down there. It's a welcoming space and the staff get to know you and care about what you're doing. Highly recommend it!

I love the Hub LA! It's a really open, bright workspace in a great location, with all the amenities of a typical office -- conference rooms, printer, kitchen, etc. My small company rents a small office space, which is perfect for our needs.
But the best part really is the people. The team at the Hub LA have worked really hard to curate an amazing community of people with aspirations to create positive change. They do a great job of putting on events to bring people together, and making introductions between members that have things in common and might be able to collaborate. In the 8 months we've been there I've met a ton of really bright, driven people, and I've also worked directly with a few members on business development efforts and client projects.
Such a rare find in Los Angeles!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Julia C.Los Angeles, CA01May 16, 2016
Impact HUB LA is truly a wonderful place to work. I've enjoyed calling this place my office for over a year now and could not be happier. My team works in a small office within the Hub building where we are able to enjoy all the perks of the co-working space (conference rooms, big open shared work spaces, kitchen, coffee, tea, etc.) while also having a central place to meet regularly and keep our things. The Hub community is full of creative, motivated, passionate, and fun folks and being a part of it is pretty special. I would reccomend Hub to anyone looking for a place to work just a few days a week or somewhere to work full time. The staff is awesome, 100% on top of things and really gracious and helpful. Love this place!
