Ice Spot

From walking to Ice Spot, I saw that they had a smaller shop across their current spot. Walking into Ice Spot, I was like wow there's no way this is just for boba tea and rolled ice cream. It's a huge space. The largest boba tea shop I've ever been in. They have plenty of seating but it doesn't fill up the space.

I saw that they had self order kiosks but I had a question so I waited for someone to help. They have a "Order Here" sign so I know they also take orders in person. But everyone was busy. They saw me but it was another 5 minutes before someone could come over to me. I ordered with someone after my question was answered. I ordered one of the ice cream designs that they had on their picture menus. A chocolate blossom. When my order was ready, the ice cream wasn't rolled. It was just ice cream. One of my drinks came out wrong. The individual had added a cheese foam onto my order when I didn't specify for it. They did correct it after I pointed it out and made me a new one. Their drinks only have one size which was pretty large.

It's unique within its own right. I've seen this concept before in China and a mall in Nashville. I didn't hate it, but it wouldn't be my "go to" for ice cream. For all you point collectors out there...they have a club/ point system for every time you buy something.

Ice Spot is thee best place for bubble tea and rolled ice cream. You have it your way like BK. You can change your level of sweetness. You also have some choices of milk such as almond milk, soy milk. or whole milk. It gets super busy but I don't care! It's sooo worth it!!!

I had the chai tea with boba and it was great. I also had the rolled ice cream. The rolled ice cream tasted great but was weirdly crumbly. Everything was great so check out this new hot spot in Fort Myers.

I let a couple go before me, clearly the guy behind the register saw me in line behind them. When he was done the 3 employees started making there order and never acknowledged me standing there after I let the couple in front. They aren't hungry for business here.

Since I was in the area I figured I'd stop by to try out a new (to me) boba place. I ordered the Brown Sugar Boba & it was ready pretty quickly. I got mine made with whole milk but they have a few different base offerings. You have to give the drink a solid mix to get the syrup fully blended in. It had a caramel-like flavor so I thought it was a bit on the sweet side for my liking. I also would've enjoyed some more boba in it as well. The staff was pleasant & the inside was clean so I would give it another try but order something else.

Cute spot! Amazing service and snacks and boba!!!! planning on coming back tomorrow to try their corn dogs would recommend this place to anybody

Awesome service, delicious boba tea, clean too. The only complaint I have is that I wanted one mochi donut and they only sell them three at a time and that's a bummer

Always an amazing experience. The staff is helpful with suggestions and patient with us old people. It's wonderful to see young ladies helping us when we don't understand how to order. Thank you for being kind.

Slick little dessert spot in a semi-dying Bell Tower shopping mall. I hope they stick around because the rolled ice cream is very creamy and tasty. It's fun to watch them make your order, especially for kids. They've got a huge variety of ice creams, boba teas, coffee, and even mochi donuts. My only gripe and reason for not giving them 5 stars is the odd inconsistency of sweetness in their boba tea. It seems like it's too much or too little no matter which end of their spectrum I choose. I've never really had that issue at other boba places. On a positive side, the boba is very high quality and you get a really good amount in your tea. The family will be back to try some other things out.
