Jazz Car Wash & Detailing

I had a 15-year-old SUV detailed at this facility. The leather seats are in good condition except for 10-12 years of dirt and grime; the same goes for carpeting. This vehicle had not had a thorough cleaning for years. When I picked up the vehicle it looked almost brand new! There was not a square inch of this vehicle that had not been touched and cleaned. My car isn't even a year old but with two kids under 4, the seats and floor were already a mess. As if that's not enough, I recently discovered a hidden spot where some ~mold~ was growing after my son spilt milk everywhere. A rancid smell tipped me off and well, I knew it was time for a serious cleaning!

I arrived at Jazz not sure exactly what I needed. They were friendly, inspected my car, and laid out my options. In the end, I went with an interior detailing and they charged $80 extra for the special spot cleaning. It was about $300 in total with a small tip. As they were already pretty busy, they let me know it could take the rest of the day and I ended up picking up my car the next morning.

Everything looks amazing! Basically like a brand new car. I'm especially pleased with the smell. It doesn't wreak of cleaning chemicals but instead, just smells normal and fresh.

All in all, well worth the price IMO and I'll most likely make this an annual stop, while also visiting for a full service cleaning more regularly.

This was just the front, I didn't have time to look at the back because I had to get to work. It was in the shop for quite a while after an accident so because it's a 2022 and I only had it for 6 months before the jerk hit me I wanted it to look good again. I asked the guy to add washing the carpet mats which he said he did. The full cost was $42.00 +$5.00 tip which I handed over when given the keys then walked to my car or I would not have given one, which is way more than I normally pay at my other car wash. I read such good reviews I thought I would give them a try. Mats were not washed and carpets both under and on the mats were barely vacuumed, side floor panels were not cleaned and neither were the cupholders. I was planning on taking my other car there for detailing but not now. So disappointed.

If I ever go back there it will be for the jewelry in the gift shop/payment area but I will stick to my car wash which is $35.00 + $5.00 tip and they wash my mats which are carpet and do a decent job of cleaning the inside as well as the outside.

I get the unlimited better wash and they do a perfect job. I take it in once a week. I wish they would drive the cars through but otherwise it's quick, easy and my car looks great. Love that it included tire shine.

This is a hit or miss place. I've gone 4 x and 2x it was perfect and 2x they missed whole sections. This last time they even left a rag in my car and they missed a section of the car. For over $300, I was a bit disappointed but like I said, 2 other times it's been perfect.

I urge everyone to do a complete photo shoot of your car before you go to Jazz car wash and a complete review of your car before leaving the lot each time you get a car wash here. They scratched my car (I have video evidence of it going in without the scratch and a photo of what I only happened to see after because they left my trunk cover flapped up and I opened the trunk to close it and happened to see it when my hatch came back down) and I watched the surveillance together with Alvero, who told me he was the general manager, and there was NO scratch coming in but one after and Alvero, general managers, word against mine still claimed the scratch was there before. I'm going to see how much this costs to fix on Tuesday, so deciding if I will pursue charges but genuinely don't want to take this to small claims court because I really liked this car wash before and had been coming here for years. I like the owners and I always buy something in the cute little shop, even spending over $100 in there today. The complete lack of transparency and accountability was unbelievable and I honestly thought this place was great before this happened. All they had to do was help with a resolution. So be warned. I know we expect this of smaller lesser car washes, but I never expected this from our community neighbors at Jazz. So disappointed. Go at your own risk because if something does happen, they will do anything to put the blame on you and not take accountability to solve the problem with a reasonable and ethical resolution.

Usually I like washing my own car just because you have more control on the soap, sponge/brush, drying cloths, wax and/or clay bar for your car to keep the quality of the paint but sometimes you just don't have 2-3 hours to spare. I still love doing it just because it is so soothing.

I have only been once so far but place definitely has it right from when you drive up, pre spray, running it through the wash, drying, and cleaning the inside of your car. I picked the better car wash for $25.

I had been on a hunt for a full service car wash. Being from California that's pretty much all you see. Being here in Colorado with wacky weather I get why they are few and far between. But I finally found an almost full service wash, you have to stay in your vehicle going through the wash. Once your car is clean you drive over to the vacuum area where the attendants take over. There is a waiting room inside with a TV and a bathroom. Also a gift shop area in the area where you pay.

My car was super clean inside and out after the employees were finished. Everyone was polite and it was very quick. I got the middle car wash got $25.00,
They do the wheels, vacuum and clean the inside of your car along with spotless windows.

They do have a monthly membership for $33.00, you can go everyday with that.

Last week our HOA chip-sealed our roads, unfortunately, they also sealed and fog coated by 50% of my Subaru with tar as it was parked in the driveway. The folks at Jazz's detail shop got the tar off my vehicle and then detailed the vehicle using their top of the line products. Not a spot of tar was left, they protected my vinyl bra and you need sunglasses to look at the deep shine left in the finish its so bright. I've always had my car washed there but never a detail service - I will never go anywhere else! My thanks for saving my vehicle's paint and leaving me with a beautifully restored finish. Interior auto detailing was amazing! Looks and smells like a new car. Would recommend and will use again.
