Very satisfied with the service that I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing provided. first and immediate contact was with Carlos and set up appointment for thing the following morning. Next morning Juan his technician showed up in a timely matter, I was very impressed with his way of explaining the situation. Juan was very friendly and explained the situation very well.

They are fast to respond had a clogged kitchen sink and it was leaking they came out and fixed it! On a Sunday night! I would highly recommend them. Thanks!

I'm very impressed with this company. Carlos the owner, answered
my desperate call in Sunday and 6:45 am! Who does that now a days! Came over prepared to unclog a drain and actually ended up giving us a very honest and reasonable price without an extra charge for Sunday.

He is a keeper and we will be using him again on our other properties as well.

There was an emergency at home. It was late at night and the work had to be done. The main pipe had been blocked. My son was able to semi-unblock it for a few days using a power drain snake before it blocked again. I told my son to look on Yelp for a company that has good reviews. That's how you find honest people who will do a good job and won't overcharge you, right? MISTAKEN..

I called I Love sewers Rooter and Plumbing. They saw how much sewage came out, and they cleared some of it up and ran the camera. They showed us all the root damage and said there were still lots of roots that needed to be cleared. Then the plumber company told us there were still lots of roots and the pipe was collapsed from all the roots and could not get it any cleaner. ( I doubt it had collapsed because my son had semi-unlocked it days before) They convinced me that the pipe was so damaged that it was going to continue to keep backing up and that it had to be replaced.
We were told that it would cost $25,000.00dls! I was scared because they had already broken the cement!
They were going to install a liner that went all the way into the street ( it's 60 feet)
Later on, they came to tell me that it was not going to cost $25,000.00 but $37,000.00!
Both my son and I were scared and anxious and felt like we were talked into everything.
I just want to give advice to those who require plumbing work, to focus on reviewing the bad reviews of the company they are looking to hire, so that what happened to us does not happen to youY vela


There was an emergency at home

On the evening of Thanksgiving we had plumbing issues. I wrote to a few highly rated plumbers on Yelp and Carlos was the first to reply. He and his technician communicated promptly, and were out the following day for repair! Reliable communication and got the pipes flowing.

We got a quote for a follow up repair, and shall see how the second gig goes. Thanks for a nice job so far, Carlos and Adrian.

They went out of their way to come on Easter and they totally saved me from my shower that I've been clogging up for a while. They were really great and really fast and I will definitely be calling them again if this happens again.

Adrian was very responsive and was able to get my difficult clog in my shower out. He did everything do get the job done, and the pricing was very reasonable. Thank you guys !

Called and spoke to someone about them coming out to check out our clogged laundry drain. Someone sent immediate and at our house within the hour with a camera to show us the problem. Carlos explained the issue and the different options we had along with the pricing. Our pips looked pretty corroded so we elected to go with the short term option for now and they hit the clog with low pressure jet to help clear the line some and will definitely be calling them back for the bigger job or replacing the line in the future since their truck is a monster and these guys sound like they can handle any job.

I had a pipe leakage issue and Carlos' team proposed to fix it via reroute after inspection. The original price for this work to be done is $3900. In the middle of their work, they told us that they cannot continue the work because they believe that the original plan they proposed (reroute) did not work and only a repipe (for the entire house) can solve my water leakage issue. I asked them to stop the work and they charged me $1800+ before they agreed to leave my property.

They already cut several pipes including pipes that were originally not leaking (because they said that they were needed for rerouting), which made my situation worse. I called Carlos to fix the new issue left due to their work, but he said that it would cost money and he said it is not their responsibility to fix it because it is an unexpected thing (he meant that it is unexpected that reroute does not work).

I hired another licensed plumbing team three days later and they fixed the same issue (plus the new issue created by the work half done by Carlos's team), via reroute, not repipe. The total cost is much cheaper, $1300.

The funny thing is that Carlos offered me that he would reimburse me the $1800+ plus $2500 credit if I am able to fix the pipe issue via rerouting. I did not want to get the money back because I do not want to spend any more time dealing with Carlos or his team. However, I would like to post my photos here and leave my review here to be a good citizen to help whoever may read this review. Phone #1 refers to my original issue and Photo #2 refers to the pipe issues created during the 'rerouting' work done by Carlos's team.

Overall, my conclusion is that (1) Carlos and his team may not be skillful enough, at least, not as skillful as my new plumber who solved the same issue via rerouting rather than repiping the entire house; (2) Carlos and his team may charge for work not completed; (3) Their price seems way higher than others, at least, much higher than other plumbers I found. I would recommend you stay away from this plumbing company and get a personal reference before hiring any plumber.

--A follow-up--
Carlos called me a few minutes after I posted my review on Yelp. He offered to refund our money and hoped that we can remove our review. He also apologized for his team's mistake. We accept his apology, but we decided not to take any refund or remove our review.

Super responsive and helpful. Carlos was able to identify my issue and send someone out right away. Extremely happy with the service so far.
