Hwy 101 Burger

You can't get a better grass fed burger anywhere in Oregon. Now you can have a Pelican Hazy on tap in a surfer style bar while leaving the pool and games to the kids next door.

Full bar choices poured by Bar Manager Brandon and a bit of Craic as well. The bar is a month old but has a good vibe. Next week they are adding a Bushwacker milkshake that sounds yummy.

Great addition to the local scene with familiar locals running both burger joint and bar.

Michael S took the words right out of my mouth! Reminded me of In N Out. Had the 202 combo, cheesy meaty fries, and chocolate malt.

The burgers are tasty, sizing wise just like the double double. The fries were tasty but not crispy. The chocolate malt was creamy, not too chocolately, and needed a smidge more malt.

Bonus: they have Coke products here! Harder than you'd think to find at the coast.

Absolutely incredible place. It's quite a hole in the wall and easy to miss off highway 101. Their burgers are incredible though and a must-stop in Lincoln City. Their prices are cheap and menu simple. They use locally sourced pasture raised beef right here on the oregon coast as well as local hand cut russet potato's. All of their staff is incredibly nice and courteous. We loved every minute of this place and can't recommend it enough!!! Their Jalepenos and caramelized onions are a must have add-on! Try their pastrami special if they have it--but get there early!!

This little burger shop reminded me of my hometown's mom and pop shop. Smash burgers with American cheese, lettuce, tomato with house sauce very similar to thousand island dressing. Fry sauce came with the order name written in ketchup. Nice little touch.

Saw some off reviews about the fries. They're amazing, must have been an off day for other reviewers. I bought the seasoning that they sell because they were that good! Hopefully will have the chance to go back this vacation. The burger was cooked to perfection.

Friendly and welcoming. Simple menu of fresh cooked ingredients that makes it super easy to order. We were a party of three. My husband said his 202 cheese combo was reminiscent of the double double at In & Out Burger. High praise indeed. My mom enjoyed her 101 (single burger). I ordered the 202 with cheese combo- no bun or veggies. The burger Pattie's were moist and perfectly seasoned. Good fries! And, you can see right into the kitchen. Clean floors and counters. For those that need Galaga- they have it!!!
We will gladly return.

My benchmark burger is the In-N-Out double double. For the longest time I thought that Joes burger in Portland was the closest, but now that title goes to Hwy 101 burger. The 202 combo is excellent, with even better fries than In-N-Out. And they even spelled my name out in the fry sauce!

This is now my go to spot for a burger on the Oregon Coast!

Update: I went to use the restroom and the storage room door was open. Sacks of real potatoes for their fries! That is why they are so good!

Our two young kids absolutely demolished their burgers, we actually had to order more! They typically don't eat more than a bite of the fast food chain burgers. Owner and staff were warm, friendly, and made things fun for the kiddos. Highly recommend this place.
