Was there today with my family. First of all I am deathly afraid of heights. I wanted to bail from the first line. Trip and Kyle talked me off the bridge like a hostage negotiator.
Plain and simple the these guys were awesome and the zip line was fun too!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mike B.Forney, TX421417Jun 20, 2019
Carter, Rocky and Tripp ARE great! We read the reviews about them....drove an hour to save our "vacation plans" for parasailing cancelled due to high winds, hoping to enjoy zip lining together instead. Worth every minute of it. They do a nice job of making it family fun and at the end recommended some restaurants with a 10% discount since we zipped. Thought, maybe just helping upsell local business, but shame on me for not trusting Carter....YoHo Rum and Tacos was incredibly good!
...we barely made it in time to zip...and they made sure we got in...really appreciate it and am thankful we went!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Rob W.Grand Prairie, TX74740Jul 20, 2015
First time to ever Zip Line (7-16-2015). When we called the day before on our planning process, Corey was extremely helpful and even accommodated our needs for a couple 7 & 8 year old kids (please note the weight limit requirements). Corey also got us in earlier because we were leaving and really wanted to Zip.
When walking in it was windy on our day, Chris was waiting for his shift and screamed out to us, "Ready to Zip?" Excited, we said yes. Chris was approachable, nice, funny, and FUN. Rhea the same. They made us feel so comfortable and most importantly they take SAFETY as a high priority. I can not express how happy I was with them. Chris (CO) and Rhea had uneasy feelings on taking the younger ones out because they can get caught on the line (weight), but helped us out anyways, which would require them to go out on the zip line at times and pull them in. They didn't have to, but they could see we really wanted to do this. Don't expect this to happen, they went out of their way. They even gave me a GoPro helmet mount to wear. Wanted the footage, which turned out great. Also, the front desk crew were EXTREMELY nice and accommodating too.
I would highly recommend this activity to anyone. Even if there is a fear. I had so much fun and our group of 13 did ranging in ages from 7 to 50 - men/women. One last note, I am not hired by this company to say this, but I do mention how important it is to TIP these guys. They are doing a service, highly trained and work off tips much like waiters/waitresses. If you can afford to Zip, consider a tip for these guys. They work hard and as mentioned, they take safety as a high importance. We tipped Chris/Rhea with pleasure and they expressed their appreciation. I could tell they don't get tipped a lot, but they definitely should! I know it's slightly expensive, but worth it even with the tip. So much fun, doing it again next year for sure and will choose they same crew if I can.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Desmond S.Slidell, LA26441Oct 14, 2019
Damn, what a good decision it was booking a reservation at this place. I decided to take my girlfriend here on a whim for our anniversary trip to Orange Beach and it was a solid choice. The instructors working here for our reservation(Chase and Tanner) were the coolest service industry folks we've ever met. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone nearby or visiting and I plan to return in the future when in the area.

Very well run.
Great zip lines with nice, looonnnggggg rides - many of them over water.
Operated inside a very nice state park.
Riding the 6 runs between the 7 towers took
about 2 hours with getting equipment and the safety briefing.
A great time, at a fair enough price. They had professional photographers on site shooting pix, and the photo package was surprisingly affordable (~$30 for pix of all 3 of our kids zipping along).
We had a GREAT time. Friendly staff. Well managed.
We'll definitely go back again next year!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sydney M.Peoria, IL05Jul 9, 2019
Very fun experience! Our guides (Carter & Sko) were amazing, they made sure we were comfortable/relaxed & safety minded. They joked around with us & made it a fun environment!

This was my wife & mine's first time zip lining, and it was great! We came here while on vacation & it was a nice change from usual daily activities of visiting the same old gift shops or just hanging out by the pool or beach.
I'm a firefighter/EMT, so I got a discounted rate, which was much appreciated! The package includes a 2 hour(approx) trip zip lining over Lake Shelby & beautiful gulf wildlife scenery. Even they they welcome you to take your own pictures, they have a professional photographer on 2 of the longer zips, so you get some great shots. You get a total of 6 zips, so halfway through, the jitters are gone & you feel like a pro; that's a huge thanks to the guides. Our guides were Pat & Beanz, and they were very knowledgeable & fun!
I don't think we could have asked for anyone better!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tami S.LA, LA13131Nov 3, 2019
I can not say quite enough good things about our experience. If you are new to ziplining, as I was, both Tanner and Caleb are the perfect guides to get you from A to Z. It's apparent to me that they care for a person and the safety is tops. Absolutely, hands down, best!!
