Rating is based purely on inconvenience. As a busy professional that lives over an hour away, I've had to rearrange my calendar TWICE for consultations that this practice has canceled on me due to other appointments they never mentioned when my times were confirmed.
And forget asking about dates the following month to mitigate this issue, they only book consults the month of.
Not sure if it's the receptionist, an external staffing agency you all use or what but good luck retaining new clients with this poor customer service.

Had a PCR COVID test done here for a concert, had no symptoms expecting my test to be negative. Get a call a few hours later claiming I was positive. Went that same night and had another PCR test done at another facility and a rapid test the next morning, both came back negative.

You are always able to get an appointment. Everyone is super friendly and ready to help. Physicians, PAs and Nurse Practitioners are well educated and helpful. The CNAs are just the best, especially Susan M.
