As so many others have said - this is my go-to store for gifts and an
occasional treat for myself. I absolutely love this store; it's fun to visit and look around. You'll always find something, no matter who you are shopping for. The items are one-of-a kind, funny, eclectic and a wonderful selection of beautiful jewelry. The owner is really wonderful - so kind and patient.

I love Homebody! The owner is so nice and helpful and has the cutest dogs in town. I particularly love the candles and cards and jewelry - I've purchased several gifts here over the last couple years and always have happy recipients! Great to support local small business!

I don't normally review stores, but since I am in here like, at least once a month, I need to. This is the best store in all of Brooklyn (the world?). The owner is great and so pleasant and makes the shopping experience very relaxing. She has a GREAT spread of hilarious, empowering, and useful products. I buy SO many gifts from here. My boyfriend has bought ME so many gifts from here. I feel like it's a curated museum with affordable little treats. Plus, the puppy is adorable.

This is such an adorable store! It has become my go-to spot for greeting cards. There is always a big variety of hilarious cards. I am always eyeing the jewelry and bought one of my favorite pair of earrings there. I love browsing around and always see cute gifty things. I only wish there were a slightly larger collection of kitschy gift items, if only because I always want to buy my friends gifts here but can't always afford all the nice stuff.

This is my favorite store, of any kind, in the whole of New York City.

It's the only retail establishment that makes me feel better just by walking through the door. You should go, and you should buy something - scratch that; WHEN you go, you WILL buy something because you won't be able to help yourself.

This is the first place I go (almost always the only) when I need to buy a gift. You could spin around and point your finger to choose a fun gift and not be disappointed with the result.

This spot is amazing with wonderful gifts for everyone. I really like the sarcastic cards and shifts.

I absolutely love this place.
I have a growing collection of baby head glasses (from which to creepily drink wine from), and a rapidly expanding jewelery box thanks to this place. Everyone compliments my bullet earrings!

If you're looking for a unique home accent, or a striking piece of (moderately inexpensive) jewelery you should check this place out.
