The hotel room was spacious. Nice big king bed. I liked they had a safe and mini fridge in room.
They advertised a indoor pool and hot tub. Disappointingly the pool wad cold and hot tub not working.
The one restaurant was open good but served food instyrofoam box.

We've been going to Tunica casinos for 10 years. Never been to Hollywood until yesterday. Was pleasantly surprised. This place must have a great Management Team. The employees are friendly and helpful. The restrooms are ultra clean. They have the games we like to play.... Ultimate Poker and Hot Roll.
Runs circles around Gold Strike and Horseshoe.

We stayed here one night and made reservations for a non-smoking room. We got a room that has an ash trY in it and smells of smoke. There was lipstick on the mirror. There was also hairs in the bathtub, we had three people and only had one coffee pack.

The phone didn't even work. There was no hotel information on the phone. I had to dial the hotel from my cell phone.

The final nail in their coffin was when I called and spoke to front desk about coffee packs, they never showed. I had to call from my cell phone a second time and finally got some coffee packs.

If there's one positive, I'd say the front desk ladies are very nice.

I'll have to think twice about staying here again.

I was told my RV space was comped because I'm an active Penn Play card holder and a credit card was required for incidentals. I was billed $32 for my stay. Called Hollywood and talked to Bernice at the front desk who promised either she or a casino host would call me back. That was 2 weeks ago - no call back. I would have stayed at Sam's Town (free) if I'd known I had to pay to lose hundreds of dollars at Hollywood.
This is just plain fraud. You can't have reps on the phones telling people it's comped and then it's not. Definitely not a good practice for a casino. I will not be returning.

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting family near by. However, the casino and steak house restaurant were very understaffed. We waited nearly an hour for our dinner (all you can eat crab-legs) but food was good.
Bar service in the casino was almost non-existent. Drinks are complimentary if you are gambling, like Vegas. You can smoke everywhere in casino.
Building itself needs a facelift and hotel rooms were adequate. Please get rid of the carpeting in guest-rooms, gross!
If you've never been to Tunica (like us) you may be surprised that "Casino Strip" doesn't have multiple hotels. They are spread out over several miles.

Had a wonderful time. We stayed 3 days and will be back. Our room was clean and comfortable. Everyone was extremely nice and the slot machines weren't tight. Food at the restaurants was amazing too!

This place sucks. They charge a tax out of your deposit and don't tell you they will do so in advance. They just try to hook you with rate. Cheap for a reason. Litter everywhere. YOu have to leave your id to get a luggage cart. TV reception spotty. My phone was ringing on and off for no reason. Pot smoke pouring down the halls. The room was passable to even get one star.

The staff are dumber than dirt and never smile. I felt very unwelcome like I was inconveniencing them. DO NOT stay here. Last Casino on the drive besides.

I was here on a Saturday night (Sunday morning) at about 1 a.m. The regular casino couldn't have had more than 100 people in it.

The poker room had two games going--one No Limit and one Fixed Limit. The Fixed Limit game broke about 1.5 hours later. The good news is that the poker staff--floor plus dealers--were very friendly. That was appreciated.

I just can't give higher than a three based on the small turnout.
