Hollister

They have a nice variety of woman and men's clothing. We bought a few shorts this year. They are right on with the style of shorts this year. There is no help in the dressing room. It seemed like we were bothering the girl by asking for a dressing room. We were standing right there and she went in the very last dressing room and didn't come out for a while. She saw us she just didn't care to be open a dressing room for us. It was extremely rude. And we were not the only ones. I was sitting outside the dressing room waiting for my niece to come out and there was a line forming. The girl was ignoring everyone. And then when she finally opened a room for a shopper she said nothing and NEVER cracked a smile. It was like she was miserable at her job. I would give them a one star for the rudeness but the clothing was really cute. The dressing rooms were a mess.

I've always known of this store however I have to be honest and say that I've never actually purchased anything from here. It's always seemed a bit overpriced for me, this is why the four star rating. However while shopping in the mall I dropped in and saw some shorts that I just had to have. The shorts were so cute but in my mind I still felt they were a little expensive. I still purchased the shorts despite the price and I am glad I did. I need to visit the store more but possibly when they are having a sale.

While the style may not be for me, it may be exactly what you are looking for.
The design of this store is wonderfully unique. They transformed the entire facade so that it looks like some sort of beach house right in the middle of a row of cookie cutter storefronts. The interior is dark and woody. No bright harsh lighting.

The staff seem friendly and eager to offer assistance.

Love Hollister for their soft hoodies and T' shirts! This store is always clean, clothes always folded and nicely presented. Staff has always been welcoming and friendly. Feels like Hollister raised the lights a bit! I could actually see lol. Have to say before ending this tho... Ventura California's Hollister shames this place! So much better. If you find yourself ever wondering why alot of clothing from stores such as Hollister, Old Navy, American Eagle etc... Have the words and designs with " California " on them - there is a reason! Just sayin'....... No place like California! 100%!

As it turns out Hollister is owned by Abercrombie & Fitch. Now that I know this, the whole place makes much more sense. Walking in is like walking into another world or something, much like it is when you walk into an Abercrombie & Fitch, except less weird. It is mostly dark and the A/C is running hard. This is nice and calming, actually, and it allows some interesting dynamics to take place in terms of the lighting and how clothes are displayed.

The clothes are quite a bit like Abercrombie gear, except there is more of an attempt to make it surfer-friendly. This seems to be the main theme: a kind of west coast, Pacific Ocean, surfer style. It mostly works and I liked some of the sweaters and hoodies I saw. T t-shirts are a bit hard on the "LOGO HERE!" front, but that's par for the course with clothing stores like this.

I simply love this place because of the smell . They have their fragrances that I wouldn't use on me personally but maybe in my car of house if it's gonna make it smell like their store . I love their sweats pants and hoodies . I actually own a lot of it . The mood in the store is very calm and settled . They have the surf theme going on with their large TV screens and music . I do think they're Little pricey for the quality clothing that's not their sweats or hoodies. The staff are pretty reasonable I don't have any negative complaints , I haven't had a problem . It's also in a great spot in the mall right across from house of hoops and forever XX1 . So it's not hard to miss if you happen to see don't hesitate to stop in .
