      Is there free wifi?

      A:

There’s free WiFi in the lobby. But you’ll have to be with the Hilton Honors program to get free WiFi in the room, which is free to sign up, or you’ll have to pay for WiFi in the room

I expect a lot from a Hilton property. These should be the finest from the corporation. I'm Lifetime Diamond so I've seen a lot.

I've generally been disappointed with the food service program corporate wide. They should try harder top to bottom. Hospitality includes the food you provide and it should not be the cheapest possible. This is not where you should skimp in my view. This property is terrible. The Hilton in Tyson's Corners VA should be the standard for every Hilton property nationwide.

Our weekend event included box lunches for the vendors. The sandwiches were worse than airport kiosk food. Big bulky stale buns with a couple slices of processed cheap meat, a slice of Swiss that looked like it had sat out forever and a bit of lettuce and tomato. I shudder to think what they charged the organizers. The bread service at breakfast was stale. The croissants inedible. No one ever waited on me this morning so I could not say anything.

It's like it's really just all about how they can spend the least amount of money on you. Maybe that's why the rates here are so low. They even cheated our event out of Sunday afternoon ruining my business so that they could make an extra buck. I think this place is completely mismanaged and I think Hilton needs to go back to running their own properties. We come every year and they don't seem the least bit grateful for the loyalty of the group that runs this event. I'm not affiliated nor have firsthand knowledge but it's an impression. You can't even see in the ballroom because they've replaced all the bulbs with low wattage.

The rooms are scented. IT'S NOT OK! It's never going to be ok. This should be banned across Hilton worldwide with every brand. There's no proof it's not a health hazard and no one wants to be assaulted like this. We hate this. We tried another room and it was worse.

The showers on the 10th floor don't have much pressure. It's not a good shower. I've experienced better low flow heads. I do like the general quality of Hilton better than say Hampton. The bedding etc.

I went to the concierge lounge last night and the food was really sad. I wanted a decaf coffee but there wasn't any half and half. A cookie would have been nice but I suspect they wouldn't have been any good. This is my least favorite Hilton. The Hilton Springfield VA being a close second in sad.

      Updated review

I left them a detailed review 5 years ago. They have had a lot of time to read this and think about it. So, since they have made a conscious decision to ignore my comments, they now get one star. Nothing has changed and in fact it's worse. We get a $15 credit for food and beverage these days. Not here. Talk about not adhering to any standards. The food in the concierge is terrible. It would be laughable if it weren't so bad. No decaf, no oatmeal or granola. There were slices of bread in plastic bags! Dried out scrambled eggs. The worst I've ever seen. Why bother? Why not just give me the $15 credit and let me il eat in the restaurant? At least they have oatmeal. It's so cheap!!!! Read my earlier review for the rest of the problems. C'mon Hilton, step up and get involved with your brand and these awful management companies.

Just stayed at this Hilton the past two nights. I'm a loyal Hilton customer, stayed here as my business associates told me it is central to where I would be working. Figured I would be in for a good experience as it is a full service, Hilton.

      Let's start with the positives.

      1. My room (no. 327) was at the end of the hallway. It was dead quiet. Access to the lobby was quick.
      2. Plenty of drawer space, closet space. Bed and linens were comfortable.
      3. Plenty of parking out front. Hotel was not very busy for a Monday thru Wednesday stay. My guess? They're losing revenue to other hotels nearby which are newer and fresher.

      Why 3 stars?

      1. Front desk staff could be a tad more friendly.
      2. Property is old/tired, going through some renovation right now. Bar is a temporary setup as is the restaurant.
      3. Advance purchase rate was over $200 per night. For the suburb of Norcross late June that's high. I could have done better elsewhere.

This is a business class Hilton property. However, not many business travelers were here. Apparently they've lost market share to newer and/or fresher properties.

I have to say I was a little disappointed by this particular Hilton as I expected a higher quality and standard. The lobby, bar, and restaurant were all great and modern but the rooms were subpar and that's being generous. Cracked ceiling moldings, actual mold mixed with dust in the vents, outdated filters, dirty walls....I could go on. Now to be fair the front staff and night housekeepers that we encountered were all very nice and tried to accommodate as much as possible.(which kept me from taking an additional star) This hotel needs a serious update and I hope that's in the works. Though we love Hilton hotels we would not recommend nor will we return to this one

The Hilton in Norcross, ATL is my family go to hotel to stay whenever we're in Atlanta. We enjoy the friendly welcome every time we visit also it's special when the desk customers service reps remember your name. If your having and special event or just in town for a staycation, I recommend this friendly and welcoming establishment. This hotel has a in house restaurant, full service bar, convention center, pool and workout area.

This hotel is a joke. We are in room 401, so I don't know if the other rooms are as gross as this one , so good luck if you decide to stay here!!
Our room was very warm. The air conditioning was not working properly . Maintenance came up, said it was "working at 60 degrees". We laughed because it was obviously NOT 60 degrees in that room!!
We asked to be moved, but were told they were sold out for the week. (Maintenance guy was nice)
Carpet is dirty and smells moldy.
This room has not been cleaned in MONTHS!!!
Dust everywhere, especially in the BATHROOM. Seriously? The bathroom??
Toilet has mold in the bottom where it looks like bleach has never been used, much less a toilet brush.
Curtains have burn marks on them.
There's a weird smell in this room and on this floor It never let up.
      Bathroom floors were gross.
We heard our neighbors talking and flushing their toilets. The walls are very thin.

Front desk people were NOT FRIENDLY!! They act as if they are doing US as favor for staying here! No one smiled.
Told lady in pink blazer, behind the check in desk, that the coffee in lobby was empty, she was on her personal cell, she looked up and said she will have someone take care of it, as she looked back at her cell phone. No thank you, or even a smile, or even offered to get me some coffee Rude!!!

This hotel needs some SERIOUS management reconstruction.
We had to stay the night, but will book somewhere else for the remainder of our stay!!!!

BE WARNED!! Do NOT book your room here, unless you like to hear your neighbors through the very thin walls and you enjoy warm hotel air conditioning and rooms and hallways that smell horrific! And rude employees!!

The pictures are from our hotel room view.

Had a good experience staying at this Hilton. Large spacious rooms with nice comfortable beds and plush pillows. The bathrooms are really nice and spacious with some great bath products. Location is really convenient if you want to get to Buford Highway with all the fantastic Chinese and Korean restaurants. It's also a quick drive to get back on the highway to get to wherever you want to go. Front desk staff was really friendly and efficient in the check in and check out process. Would stay here again if I'm in the area :)

      Spacious rooms :)
      Spacious bathroom :)

Our room couldn't get below 75 degrees. At one point it was 80 degrees and it was only 50 degrees outside. The ac was on but never worked well enough to cool off the room. I was miserable and couldn't sleep. The room however was clean and nice. It didn't include a microwave and the mini fridge was full of standing water. The indoor pool was not heated so that kinda defeats the purpose. The restaurant was closed multiple times and the time it was open the bar doesn't have a drink menu and the pasta is $20 lol. I wouldn't stay here again, but I wasn't worried about bugs or anything here. It seemed to be very clean.

While I'll be the first to admit that it's hard to gain a lot of context about a property from a one night stay at a place that you've never been to before and will never stay at again, it still happened.

Check In: Fairly messy. Only one desk clerk working and she's talking with someone from housekeeping about how they still have rooms that didn't check out and that she's not going to be checking in anyone in (even though it's almost 3pm) etc, etc. Mind you, while this is going on there is some large function being held at the hotel with some crazy loud music coming from their ballroom/meeting space, a photographer with backdrop down one of the hallways in the lobby and people everywhere.

So of course when inquire about checking in I practically get snarled at but magically she's able to find a clean room available. I doubled-down and asked her about how the hotel is handling Hilton's F&B credit currently and she said she had no idea what I was talking about. O.K. Sorry I asked.

Room: Small but functional as expected. Beds were actually very comfortable and as mentioned in a few other reviews the water pressure leaves something to be desired as it was weak.

Misc: Parking wasn't an issue even with the function going on. We came back later after 10pm and found a decent space in the second row without issue.

No Bueno: When we checked in two of their three elevators weren't working. That was crazy fun as the group involved with the function was basically pushing other people out of the way to get on the one working elevator whenever it opened. They also had zero concept of masks, social distancing, common sense, etc. Needless to say, we found the stairs.

Words come to mind like average and passable but I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again. Plenty of other chains and brands are in the surrounding area.

Location was just what i needed. The room was in good condition. I was in town for 1 day so I didnt get to check out any amenities. I think there was a continental breakfast or something; the woman that checked me in didnt mention it to me. I over heard another employee telling the guest that was checkin in along side me.

I would stay here again or would recommend it to someone staying in the area.

Came down for a relaxing weekend, my family and I went to the pool to find about 15 teenagers climbing on the walls throwing lawn chairs in the pools and using bats to play baseball in the pool area. Please avoid , and to disappoint more there is no hot tub

Baseball game in pool I guess
