Came here to pick some apples and get pumpkins, and we had so much fun! I will say it is not cheap, but you're paying for the experience, not just the produce. The farm market is fun and has lots of house made syrups and snacks, and the orchard is full of delicious fresh apples. The pumpkin patch was also full of pumpkins perfect for carving, so we made sure to get a couple of those. There are also a lot of great activities for kids here- hay rides, apple cannons, train rides, corn sandbox, and more. I do wish they were making the apple cider donuts and kettle corn fresh, but even the packaged stuff was tasty. Definitely a fun way to spend a crisp fall morning, would recommend for sure!

Cute! Check out my pics. Although they didn't have a large amount of not rotted apples in the trees, we were able to forage a fair amount. My toddler loved the experience of looking for apples and playing on the playground. The playground equipment needs a fresh coat of paint and some tlc. We also enjoyed the little store that have several things for sale such as jam, pepper jellys, hot sauces, icecream, random old school trinkets and toys, and more.

After emailing the company, shipping charges were credited. Still not receiving in time for the gift I planned, but it was nice of them to respond. No apology, just a notification of credit.

Went there for the first time. It's a nice place. 4 varieties of apples. Biggest disappointment was that they ignored their posted mask "requirement" in the shop. Even the owner ignored it. Won't go back until COVID is a distant memory.

Ripoff. Vast majority of apple trees roped off from customers. $25 for for a small (4.6 gallon) bag for apple picking. My girls didn't find enough decent apples from the available area to fill even that. (Price wise, I'd bet you'd do better at the grocery store). Inside the store, everything in sight was very aggressively priced. WORST OF ALL, I witnessed the proprietor act very abrasively and arrogantly towards other customers in view of their children. There is no reason to go to Hillside Orchard.

Nothing gets more authentic than this! I'm absolutely addicted to coming here. Everything is incredibly fresh and the smell of baked goods fills the air. It isn't commercialized like majority of farms now and the owner will greet you with free samples. If they don't have something and you ask, he'll be sure to check and see if they have any fruits/veggies leftover. Definitely check them out!
