Excellent service! Erica took great care of my family while transporting us to and from the cruise terminal and airport. So much different than a ride share service. Prices were really good for the level of service provided. Thanks again!

Erica of Highrollers by Shugg made our trip from home to Galveston a breeze! We were traveling with our Mom who needed a wheelchair and Erica used her expertise to help us load the wheelchair and lots of luggage. (4 prissy women going on a 5 day cruise!) Her communication game is on point, we never had to wonder where she was or what to expect. She picked us up at exactly the time we arranged and we easily made it to our ship boarding time. We had an early departure from our ship so she took us to the Strand so we could shop and eat lunch. Then she picked us up and drove us back to Houston. She led a game of airport trivia on the way back! Highrollers provides a much more personal experience than Uber or Lyft and safer too! All at a lower price than Uber! She will be our go to driver from now on! Thank you so much Erica!

You definitely get what you pay for. I cannot in good conscience recommend. Ms. Shugg is a sweetheart but the level of professionalism is below that of a uber or lyft. She appeared to be high or under the influence of marijuana. She also was on her phone the whole return trip, shopping for car insurance.

The vehicles are not typical for black car service. One is a Cadilac XT that she "blinged out" by gluing rhinestones on the trim and interior. It also has bright pink imitation leather seat covers.

She is entertaining but definitely not a professional driver.
