Great service team! Justin is my tech and he is consistently rated as one of the top MINI technicians in the country. We are lucky to have him here in Charlotte.

Great Dealership. After a misunderstanding that caused me to lose a great deal I was recently contacted by Hout Ly (Manager) at Hendrick Mini.
We had a good conversation and realized it was simply a misunderstanding. I was able to place an order for a Mini to be built exactly as I wanted. Unfortunately I will wait a few months but thanks to Hout calling me my wife will eventually get the exact car she wants. Hout even made sure I got a great deal. Big thanks to Hout and Cliff for helping me. I know I can be difficult but I definitely recommend Hendrick Mini for all sales and service needs.

I love Hendrick MINI and the fun events! Forrest in sales is awesome. The service team is always awesome as well.

This dealership operates the old school way. They lie to you on the phone to get you there and then continue to lie. When you get there. I would stay away from the dealership at all costs.

I have been looking online for a 4-door Mini Cooper as I wanted to trade in my current 2-door Mini. After searching online and looking at some of the cars online I was texted from the dealership.

I conversed back and forth with the dealership until they asked if I could come in and show my current car to them. They asked if I was local or close to Charlotte and I responded that I am about an hour 20 or 30 minutes away. This text was sent 08/03 at 7:37 pm.

The dealership went radio silent.

There was no further communication with the dealership until I text them back at 3:30 pm, today (08/04) advising I will look elsewhere. The dealership texted back at 3:35 pm advising they apologized but was searching for the car I wanted.

Communication is key when dealing with customers and clients. If you fail to communicate, consider your customer shopping elsewhere.

I don't believe there is enough I can say positive about the guys that worked with me to find the perfect car for my daughter. Sean Pires, Nick Hill and James Casello, all went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, sales and compassion regarding my purchase. I would definitely recommend this group when considering a BMW or Mini Cooper. I flew in from Colorado and chose to continue working with these guys, given their approach. Once the deal was final, drove the back to Colorado and handed the keys to my daughter for her 16th birthday.
Not one of these guys waivered once, all focused on the customer.

I came in today to purchase a vehicle and had an amazing experience. I was greeted by Forrest that had a great attitude and personality from the very start of the experience. He seemed very passionate about what he did and took the time to ensure I understood all features of the vehicle. This is my first MINI and I am super excited to be part of the MINI family!!

We went on Saturday morning to surprise our mom with a new Mini Coop for an early Anniversary gift and we had the pleasure to work with Brian Barrack. He was awesome , friendly, transparent and so patient with us. He made us feel comfortable in our decision making and saw the process through from end to end. I called yesterday to check and see if they had some parts for my mini and they had them in stock. They placed them on hold for me and today I called them and prepaid for the parts so a family member could pick the parts up. Both people I talked to in the parts department were very courteous and quick to help.
