Hello Baby Ultrasound Studio

I have had elective ultrasounds done on two pregnancies in four states (including one scan at each of the Fayetteville-area ultrasound locations).
Hello Baby is by far my favorite studio. The owners work here and take pride in ensuring that your experience is just right, even taking time to ensure that we received a non-identical "new mommy pack" - and staying later than their advertised hours when my baby's cord was in the way of the perfect shot. 5 stars, will visit again for a third scan with this baby.

Had the most amazing experience! Our sweet boy was acting super shy on our first trip to Hello Baby Ultrasound so the owner let us come back for a rescan! We purchased three keepsakes total and we love them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL EXPECTING MAMAS!!

Went in for gender determination, on the website it states must be 17-35 weeks. Went in at 19 and 20. First appt told might be a boy, second appt told might be a girl. In conclusion I still don't know the gender so I didn't even get the full package for the gender determination. 1star for being kind enough to let me return but I do not recommend.

Such a great experience! My husband and I came here to get a look at our first baby. The tech was so nice and patient. This was my first ultrasound, so I was alittle nervous. But I appreciated everything about it!

The room was perfect with a huge hd television to see your little one. Such a great place to come relax and see your little one.

Had a wonderful experience here for an extra gender reveal ultrasound! Wonderful customer service, felt very comfortable throughout ultrasound. They even had toys for my toddlers to play with in the room. Highly recommend!

We loved this place. They were the only place in the area that does the 5d ultrasound, it was well worth the drive for us. Our little girl did not want to cooperate so we were given a choice, rescan or partial refund. We decided on the rescan which we were so glad they persuaded us to do. Even though the second time around our little girl still didn't want to cooperate, they were able to get her in the perfect position for the best pictures. We would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all for making this experience memorable.

This place was really nice, as well as the tech. The idea of this is amazing and exciting. However I spent $125 for a package that I don't think was worth it. Granted my baby was not wanting to show face. So they rescheduled me for the next day as a redo. But I feel like the redo Should be done a few days after to make sure baby's are in a different position. I did everything I could to make him move and our redo time was shortened. Included in my package was to learn the sex of my baby, but I already knew the sex so I feel as though they should have knocked that off the package. Then they have me black and white 2D pics which are not what I went to pay for. Then when she got good image of face in 5D she didn't save it , she deleted it. So I ended up getting two of the same pic plus another one and a 2d or so. If I had knew it was going to be that way I would not have spent the money. The package makes it seem like you're getting a super deal but really you're not. It's a tough one, cause i still think the package set up was crappy even if I had got better images. Plus they don't answer your calls they have a machine to which any questions you ask they will send u a message back saying to refer to website. So there is no accommodation on that or customer service. Which I had plenty of questions that were not on the FAQ they want u to look at.

Had a lovely experience here, loved the atmosphere and the owners were very kind and caring, it is very relaxing, will most definitely go back later on as my stomach grows. I highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to find out their baby's gender, we couldnt ask for better service.
