My friend and I randomly decided to get a massage after work. She suggested this place, and I am so happy she did. I have back problems ( herniated discs , scoliosis ) and my back was really hurting I could barely bend down to tie shoe.
But omg after the 1 hour massage my back was sooooo much better !! I had to ask the masseuse to go easy on my lower back and slowly wean me into it. ( lower back is so tender) I am definitely going to go back and make this a weekly
Or biweekly thing! For $45 you can't go wrong!!! Oh and did I mention the hot stone is amazing.

I've been going here for quite some time. It's exactly what I need, a strong massage that releases all the tension I carry. It's a no frill type of place. Simple, clean and solid massage.

I would love if they did some kind of combination package. I switch between here and a place in the city that offers me a 30 minute foot massage and 30 minute back massage for the same price of an hour massage.

It's worth a trip if you need a massage in the neighborhood. Call in advance on weekends but they typically allow walk ins during the week.

I did a 60 minute massage with Lily. It was really good, she really went at it with the knots in my back and shoulder, and the pressure she applied was perfect and consistent the entire time.

The oil they apply is scentless, which I liked. The place isn't a big fancy spa, but for the prices they charge and the quality of service they provide, I'm completely fine with that. I guess they only thing that kinda annoyed me, and this wasn't really their fault, was that the person in the next room getting a massage fell asleep and was snoring so loudly. I heard them the entire time I was getting massaged and it disturbed my zen. But I guess that just goes to show how great their masseuses are.

This place is great for a quick walk in massage without much hassles of appointments. The service is great for the price you pay. The silent Zen music in the backdrop, the incense fragrances and the warm bed make up a great ambience. The masseuse was was really strong but you can tell her to apply just right bearable amount of pressure. In half hour though I could only get a back massage, for foot rub you got to take a longer session.
Would definitely visit again!

Good because it's close and inexpensive. Will def. go back to have some intense work done. Think the hour will be totally worth it next time!

Okay, I'm going to be the bad guy here. Been here twice, the first massage was totally fine and made me a fan. Went back in last weekend and am in more pain than before. My shoulders and neck are covered in bruises from the massage.

I know that deep tissue massage is supposed to be harsh, and like I said, the last time I was in there was fine. But this time either something went wrong or I got a new masseuse. Not happy and not loose :(

Have you ever had your a$$ handed to you by a small asian lady? I have, at Heavenly Body Work and it was great. It has been 2 days, and my muscles are still recovering. They work our ever single knot. Hands down the best massage in Bay Ridge. It was deep tissue with hot rocks. If you want a light massage, tell them ahead of time to go medium strength, otherwise you are in for it.
I will be back to Heavenly Body Work.

This is probably going to be my go to place going forward. I've had a few massages here and they've ranged for good to oh-my-god-that-was-so-good. It's set up like most other Chinese massage joints. Don't expect a fancy-shmancy spa experience, just a damn good massage for a very reasonable price (about $45 for 60 minutes plus they have a loyalty card where you get a free massage after a certain number of massages).

My sister and I agree the man (sorry dude, don't know your name!) is the best and knows his craft well (though she said the new woman is also very good). Every time I get a massage and tell myself I'm going to give more direction but I really don't have to here. He knew exactly where I needed bodywork and used just the right amount of pressure (I've been tortured by some tiny ladies when I try to tell myself stronger pressure is always better). Anyway, it's amazing what a difference a good massage can make on both body and mind.

I've been kept waiting about 15 minutes before, but considering we can usually get in for a massage pretty close to whenever we want, that's not so bad.

I take my massages very seriously and have been to a handful of places. The massage I got today was by far the BEST deep tissue massage I've ever had! Who cares about the dinky rooms that are only separated by curtains? Who cares if theres a little noise in the hallway? The massage was amazing!

The massage tables were very clean and covered with disposable papers. Head rest felt very comfortable. There was a pillow by the end of the table to have your feet elevated which was a nice touch. Jenny was my masseuse and she was right on point with the pressure and very strong. (Mind you, i'm a petite little thing weighting 94lbs and 5 ft tall, most people are scared to lay it on me.) She even hopped on the table to massage my back! WHAT! My sister said her masseuse, Annie, was amazing as well.

My body was jello by the end of the massage and I was in heaven. 45$ for 60 minutes for a life changing massage is a STEAL.

Come here 10 times, get the 11th free. Amazing deal! Heavenly body works just gained a loyal customer.

All I have to say is OMG!!!

This place was recommended me by my girlfriend. I love this place. It is NOT a hanky panky place. This is some serious place for a massage.

I had Annie, even though she's a small framed woman....but OMG she got some strength hidden somewhere. I felt so good after the massage. Hot stones were involved in my massage, which I was surprised cause I never had it done before...I loved it!

I will be back!!!
