Harding's Towing II

This place was filled with rude employees and slow service. Very expensive and gave the wrong service. This has to be some family run business by some children because it's absolutely a joke.

Don't use this company there're Master THIEVES, they take advantage of people, they tow people vehicles or commercial vehicles, and tries to take your property away by charging ridiculous amount of money, like 16k in less than 24 hr from towing a SEMI from a non parking. The state should check this company out as they are taking advantage of hard working people.

Today I was on a construction job in Webster at the Sewage Plant, they're expanding it. We were taking the dirt we hauled out to a dumpsite on Salt road. One of the sub-contractor trucking companies working for us got stuck at the dump site. And I mean stuck! Plus he was loaded. Probably 21 tons at least.
Harding's Towing II was called in to pull the dump truck out. Their equipment is well maintained and the operator on this job knew what he was doing. 5 stars for Harding's Towing II.

I had a wonderful experience with Harding's Towing and their driver Nick this morning. Not only professional, but just down right good people.

Woke up with a dead battery, placed a service request through State Farm and had a great response from these fine professionals. Total time was about 30min from call to arrival which is very fast in my opinion.

This company has no customer service skills at all!!! They stole items from my car that had been towed!! I'd advise you to use another company!!

A great experience with a tow company? WTF? But seriously, this was it.

I called my insurance company to get lockout help. My car is 28 years old (I know, I know, I'm buying a new one soon) and sometimes things go wrong. Well, this week, the linkage on one door broke, and before I could fix it, the linkage on the other door broke, meaning I could not use the outside door handles to open the doors of my car.

Not only did this company get there in less than 10 minutes (!), but the guy who came was a freaking trooper. I mean, this was NOT your typical roadside lockout, and this guy did everything to get into my car without damaging anything. I told him several times that this was a project car, and if he had to break something, I wouldn't blame him, but he was insistent: He was going to get into my car without damaging it, and after several tries, he did.

You always hope that you never need a tow truck ever again, but I like to share stories of small businesses that do a great job for me, so here we are.

I've never been to Hardings but they've been to me several times. They're always fast, helpful, and polite. I've had a lot of trouble with my car and my insurance but never with Hardings- that's one thing my ins co did right. Thanks for all the help guys!
