Hardee's

I work in Statesville and next door to your filling plant, there is a Hardee's which shares a building with a Times Convenience Store. Over the years, I had lunch there many times and generally hated it because of the lack of service. Food is pretty good however and I really like their jumbo Chili Dogs.

Case in point, on one occasion, I pulled into the normally slow drive through which it was and ordered two Jumbo Chili Dogs and finally got to the window and paid my total. I waited and waited at the pick up window for close to 10 minutes and still no dogs. I had to get back to work for a 1:00pm conference call so I ended up driving off even though I had already paid for my lunch.

When I called back and asked to speak to the manager he asked "Didn't anyone tell you we were out of Chili and having to heat up a new batch" Obviously not.

I drive by this location several times a week on my way home from work. Have never stopped because dinner was awaiting me 20 minutes down the road. Like the one in Statesville, this one is also associated with a Times Convenience Store.

Day before yesterday was different. Was originally scheduled to work from home but was asked to come to the lab to give a tour. They showed up around noon and gave them a tour and the SVP and Engineering Dept gave them a tour of the facility.

Finished my part and finished up some paperwork and went back home around 1:40pm. Traffic was heavy and Apple Maps directed me to take one o the alternative route which put me in front of this Hardee's a little after 2:00 pm. At this time, I still had not had lunch so I decided to give them a try.

Went through the drive through and what a contrast. Service was quick with no problems and after I ordered and proceeded to pay, I had to wait only a minute or so for my order.

Rather than take it home, I found a place to park and ate it in my little Audi.

The Chili Dog was excellent. Nice and plump and not overcooked as I have occasionally got in the past. Nice snap and the chili was great with great taste and texture.

Excellent experience to the point where I even went back yesterday to try one of their Sour Dough Burgers and it was excellent as well.

Wish other Hardee's locations could learn from this one.

The general manager is really good and cares! I went through the drive-through and had an issue with my order that when I made known to management was fixed immediately and with kindness.

This place is in absolute shambles. Simple as that. Not sure if half the workers are just too high, but they take FOREVER

It wont allow 0 stars!!!! Hours of operation - 9pm.....not tonight (8:13 pm)! Pulled up and smoke rolling out of the gray car. It wasn't cigarette smoke! Go to the door, door is locked. Two people get out of the car, wait til they think we pull off and then head back out to said car. We pull around thinking maybe drive thru is open (no signage to let you know) and they decide to head back inside. I keep trying to give the local Hardee locations business, but they all have issues. Can't make a sandwich as ordered, go in to get it corrected and it's worse the second time around. One wouldn't let us in because there wasn't any hot water, but they had a dining room full of customers they were continuing to serve. Went to another location and they let us order but stated dining room was closed, 30 min before posted time. What is going on? I can't be there at 5 to get my dinner, and I guess I can't go later after work either. Mind you I didn't go to the same location, different locations, different days and same poor service!

Absolutely a terrible place. Very mismanaged. The staff did not have a clue what they were doing. I stopped in on a Saturday morning and went to the drive-through window line. There was about 30 cars deep, so I decided to go inside, where I found the problem. The poor girl making the biscuits was moving slower than a snail, making one about every minute. She obviously had not been trained and was struggling. The young boy at the cash register could not even type in your order and had to be shown several times from another employee.

Terribly mismanaged. I always wonder after I leave a place like this, who owns this place and where are they.

Just watched the sandwich maker outside smoking with cars backed up then he spits on sidewalk and his self whipped it off on his apron didn't wash his hands grabbed latex gloves and started making sandwiches

Come on Hardee's. I pulled into the drive through at 8pm on a Friday and your employees acted as though you were closed. Their acting was so bad, I drove passed the drive through window and was able to clearly see your employee trying to duck behind the counter and the POS, but I saw him plain as day!!!!! Sherrills Ford, NC store employees that were working at 8pm are pathetic. It wasn't snowing so don't let them use that excuse.

This was my second time eating here and will be my last the first time I came here the dining room was closed you couldn't even open the door this time I came the dining room was open with some booths being closed and some open I asked if we can eat inside one guy said no and the girl said yea and on the drink station it said they offered refills behind the counter so we sat down and I was eating my sandwich and my kid was eating her fries and chicken tenders then was told by some old man that we was not welcome to eat inside so needless to say they lost our business

They never get orders correct. Ordered a burger, fries and large coke..... got chicken tenders and no fries. How smart do you actually have to be to complete a simple order, what can you actually do correct in life.... Nothing. Hope the place fails cause clearly the owners don't care, read all the previous reviews.

This Hardee's in particular was well managed. Me and my little brother went here for lunch today and only spent 5 minutes in line (if that). Great service, don't know why people would give this location one star. It's not like a McDonald's people
