This location is run very well. Short check out lines, clean, and organized shelves. Harbor Freight is one of my go to places for almost everything around the house and in my shop (M Motors on Plum). Always bring a 20% off coupon with you.

You couldn't find a worker on the floor. They would zoom right by you so you can't catch them to ask anything. Finally go to check out and Kendall had the worst customer service! A very bad attitude like it was an inconvenience to ask her anything. Just rolling her eyes and shrugging with every answer!

They have some great stuff at a good value. Items may not be top of the line but they get the job done when not wanting to spend alot of money. They do have some hidden gems.

Didn't honor valid coupon during 4th of July sale. I went back to have a civil discussion with them today. "nope. Now that coupon is expired"

Well, then you can take your cheap product back.

Honor the coupons or don't put them out.

When I saw the bin for I was looking for was looking for EMPTY, I figured I must have once again followed an unforeseeable trend in this weird time. As I was leaving empty handed, Shay said "you couldn't find something?" I told her that it seems that garage mats must be the cure for COVID because like TP there was a run on them. She laughed (a sure sign of a customer service oriented individual not to mention someone with a stellar sense of humor) and then directed me to the display stash and assured me the HF would be fine with me buying THEM ALL. She then proceeded to remind me of the coupon deal for them that saved me a grip of money. Love her, love San Dimas Harbor Freight.

Walked to the door at 758 need to get some moving blankets dude says we are closed. I get it you want to go home. The 2 minutes it would have taken would not of caused you to stay open longer there was someone in line at the time.
Anyone know where else I can moving blankets? Before 9am tomorrow near San Dimas

This place may not be as big as Home Depot or Lowes, but they have a lot of simple tools the everyday person needs for around the house. I've been coming to their various locations for years and have always been happy with what they carry.

Granted, they don't always carry the best quality items, but for simple projects, it's definitely enough. The prices are very reasonable.

The staff is always friendly and very helpful when you need help finding something.

"Bait and switch"! Totally dishonest!

The bad news is now you "MUST" have a list of "sale item coupon numbers" or a photocopy/print of EACH item! Without that, Harbor Freight will NOT honor it's online "sale" items! HF can EASILY update all register pricing, instead we are charged FULL PRICE ~ "sale" or not!

Here is more: I bought a air compressor that was defective right out of the box! I returned it for a exchange a week later and the clerk tried to bill me for a "restocking fee"! of course I refused to pay it and he had to call a 'manager' to delete that charge. My compressor "was a sale" item but the clerk insisted on charging me full price even with my original receipt saying, "That sale is over now"!

Visit this location for the first time. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I noticed they had a parking garage sale. I was looking at the Jack's, when I was ask if I needed help by Ray. Ray was amazing. He was very helpful. He explain about their sales and and showed me a few options. As in walked around I also noticed how clean the store was, and how faced everything was. I highly recommend this place. Hopefully Ray the manager is there when u visit.

Christmas Eve, signs outside say open til 8:00. However doors were locked @ 5:00 . They would not let me in to buy one last gift for my daughters for Christmas. Despite the fact that they had two shoppers with carts full of tools the would not make an exception to let me in to get the one item I need to complete my shopping list. Cold hearted people.

The store is clean, organized and they always have great prices. The employees were really friendly and told us about upcoming sales and coupons. I went in and came out fairly quickly so that was great!
