Handyman 360

My boyfriend and I are not handy and I pride myself on being able to figure out how to do everything around the house but I just didn't have the time to waste on that. We called Chad and he came out and put up two shelves in our laundry room, put up some smoke detectors, changed out a bulb that is one of those vaulted ceilings that nobody can reach and he did some other things. Everything was done right and pretty quickly. It saved me a huge headache since we tried putting up those darn shelves before but we didn't have a drill and then when we borrowed a drill we didn't have the right drill bit. I was ready to burn the shelves and dance on their grave. Thank you Chad!

I like this service. The crew showed up ready to work and waisted no time getting to my screen replacement. Chad (I believe he is the owner) was very polite and answered all of my questions. We even worked out a deal for my gutters that he noticed were clogged. The gutters were cleared and he (Chad) washed away any signs that work had been done. I appreciate when someone takes pride in their work. #handyman

I had an amazing experience with them. Showed up on time. Gave them the list of items we need to get done, they evaluated everything, gave me an estimated time. Everything was done within that time frame. Extremely professional, excellent service and on top of that quality work. I'm extremely picky when it's about my home but I truly had a great experience and will not hesitate a bit to use them again.

I requested 2 ceiling fans and a TV to be mounted in my new townhouse. He was very honest about his hourly fee. On the bright side the TV was mounted and am very pleased with the work. However the first ceiling fan was installed and it was too loud, which definitely was not Chad's fault. The fan is obviously defective and I am sending it back. Chad pointed out that the previous tenants had jacked up the electrical wiring in the house, and now I am having to get an electrician in here to fix the problems I inherited. Needless to say the money I forked out for an inspection seems a waste of dough. Chad was very informative and patient as I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to pretty much anything around the house. He recommended an electrician who I called and who has yet to return my call, so I reached out to another electrician who can hopefully assist me. Overall, as a handyman goes, I would recommend him and as long as everything falls into place you will probably get your money's worth. I just can't give him, or anyone else for that matter, 4 or more stars because he left here paid for work he didn't do
