This hotel is in a nice, safe area, about 10 minutes from Dearborn, where Ford Museum and factory tour are. Our room though, has multiple things that didn't work.... the entry light, very low water pressure, sink faucet too close to the sink and hard to wash hands.... It is a pet friendly hotel but no designated dog lawn and doesn't supply doggy poop bags and trash cans.

We had a reservation but decided to cancel it within 10 mins of making the reservation at the Allen Park, MI. Your Hilton Status means nothing, they will charge you for the full price of the room that you never used. When confronted about the charge on my acct the clerk said it was a "late cancel", I am not sure how a reservation that was 10 mins old can be considered a late cancel. If the room was already cleaned and vacant, they did not have to prepare anything or do anything. In the 10 mins we held the room, they still had to do nothing to prepare the room, we never stepped foot on their property and at this point we never will. Hilton do better by your Diamond Members. We will be switching to Marriott where they care about their members and treat them with respect.

Stayed Friday night going into Memorial Day Weekend. I was looking for a safe and peaceful place to stay without compromising any amenities from the property I usually visit in the Detroit area. I was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience.

The hotel is located in a convenient area. Local attractions were just a short drive away. The grounds are well maintained as is the interior. My room was spacious and very clean. I could not find an area that had been missed. The cleanliness definitely put me more at ease.

The front desk staff members were all pleasant, even the overnight shift. I ordered food via delivery while there and that went smooth. The breakfast provided was a nice hotel breakfast. Not too many bells and whistles, but all the usual suspects. The food was fresh and exactly what you would expect. I also got some late night snacks from their "store" area. I was given the choice to pay then or charge to my room. Of course these snacks were overpriced in terms of store value, but at 4 am I was just thankful to not have to leave the grounds.

      I would stay here again.

Over all are stay here was Great! The only reason for the 4 stars was because of one lamp missing a screw and a lampshade And the curtains not going up and down.

The breakfast is Free and they had a lot of options to pick from and was great.

The staff overall was amazing and very friendly.

The pool heater was out, but they were super nice and worked out a deal with the hotel in the same parking lot next-door to use their heated pool. Super thankful for that.

The rooms were super clean and very spacious.

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, not only for price, but for the amenities of the free breakfast, gym, pool and more.

      Will definitely stay here again.

Arrived late from a delayed flight. Baggage was lost. Got here and Sam was super friendly and squared me away with toiletries. I come here to the area a lot and will definitely come back.

Room was very clean as well.

We booked this hotel for 4 nights and when we got to the room later in the evening, the bathroom was dirty. The seam in the granite behind the sink was visibly black and obviously never wiped clean. I used a washcloth and some swabs and a sharp toothpick and cleaned it out. Also behind the toilet the was some brown matter smeared on the wall in a couple places. The next morning I told the manager on duty about it and she said it would be taken care of but never was. Requested housekeeping for the next day but never got it. There was a big stain on the couch also. Trash can by the elevator was overflowing for 2days.

The breakfast was ok, notthing special and the lady working it wasn't the most friendly and I saw her touch some bagels without a glove on.

One of the better hotels in the Detroit metro area. Needed a place to stay for the night. The staff here was very friendly and I was complimented by the lady at the front desk about the uniqueness of my last name. The hotel was clean, it even had a beautiful pool. The room itself is very clean, I enjoyed the sliding glass shower doors. Coziest beds I've ever slept on. The breakfast was great. I enjoyed their smoked bacon and muffins.

Definitely a newer hotel and everything seems to still be in good condition and things are relatively clean. While I only stayed for a night, I think I'll likely try to stay here again in the future. The two things that irked me about this one was the trash near the elevators on the third floor was full and overflowing with dirty baby diapers... Why... And it sits right next to the train tracks. While they seem to have regulation on how fast a train can move through, if you're a light sleeper this would definitely be bother some.

Aside from these two points, everything else was great. Free breakfast in the morning was actually not bad. Service at front desk was good. Free wifi was decent. There's a small market to purchase small snacks, beverages, and other microwavable goods. No actual restaurant or bar is available and so expect to drive somewhere to get lunch or dinner as needed. All around I'd say I was most impressed with the newer room and how clean it felt.

That's all I got on this one. 'Til next time, cheers!

Stayed here while in town for a huge volleyball tournament at the TCF Center. It was about 10-15 minutes from the convention center and a very easy drive. There's also a Target and a cluster of restaurants (Chipotle, Panera, On The Border, Chick-Fil-A) within about a 5-minute drive, which is nice if you forgot something or want to grab a quick dinner.

The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. We ordered pizza and had it delivered to the lobby, and they brought us paper plates and napkins to use. I needed an extra sheet for the pull-out bed, and they gave me one no problem.

Our room was HUGE and very clean. The only downsides to this hotel were that the room doors are very heavy and slam VERY loudly, and the walls aren't very soundproofed, so you can hear voices/music/TV from your neighbors. This hotel is also by train tracks, which I was concerned about, but it turned out not to be an issue for us (arrived on a Friday, checked out on a Sunday).

My family and I checked in to the hotel and upon entering the three rooms we booked, we noticed they were not clean. The bathrooms were simply gross. Smudges on all the glass, a broken toilet, and visible grime on the shower floors. Moving away from the bathroom, the main area of the room wasn't any better. There were smudges on the pillows, hair in the bed, crumbs all over the carpet, and an unknown substance splattered on the bed frame. We are all very unhappy with the state of these rooms. When we called the front desk about the cleanliness of the rooms, they informed us that they do not have a turndown service. Had this been known at the time of booking, we would not have booked here. And to be honest, it has inclined us to never book here again.
