I bought two Groupons for this salon called "Becky Moore at Hair Fixers de Salon" over three months ago in October for my sister and I. They are for shellac nail manicure plus regular pedicure. I called them to ask if I could get the second gifted Groupon transferred to someone else because my sister passed away in November and she obviously can't use it now. They told me no.....that I basically can't use it at all and wasted $35 on a Groupon that is "no longer redeemable" and then I asked if I could go ahead and make an appointment for myself then and they said they would have to call me back because they're in the middle of an appointment. Got my phone number and never called me back. This was at the end of November. I have since called them SIX TIMES trying to schedule an appointment with them and each time I get a voicemail saying leave a message with my name, phone number, and service I am needing and have done so every single time and haven't received any calls back from them whatsoever. At one point their voicemail changed to "text [insert number] to set an appointment" and they still didn't text me then changed their voicemail back. The last attempt I made to set an appointment was two days ago on Monday, January 8, 2018. If they do not call me back by tomorrow I will be driving to the salon itself to speak with someone in person about how unprofessional they are with dealing with customers who have already paid money for their services. My Groupon expires on February 15. I will update this review once (or really IF) I get in touch with them. Until then, I seriously wouldn't waste my time even considering going to this "salon" for anything.

Got a Groupon and wanted a shellac manicure. Becky was super nice, but not sure she was correct in telling me there is no difference in the shellac or gel. Others say that there is a difference. She also said if my manicure peels, I can superglue it back in place. I thought that was strange because the last time I had shellac manicure I never had it peel. Well, the very next day the polish peeled up so I superglued it. The next couple of days my polish was flaking off in big chunks! Something is not right. I didn't go back because I didn't want to mess with it. I just removed the polish and went somewhere else.

I bought a Groupon from her and scheduled an appointment. She texted that day to cancel it for personal reasons, saying I could reschedule. Have tried to reschedule and never get a response. That was almost a year ago and she still hasn't responded.

Don't waste your money going here. I had a Groupon for a mani/pedi and made an appointment. When I showed up on time I was left in the waiting room for about 20 min until someone came out to greet me. The pedi went fine and was my only good experience. When I got my mani there was someone else's nail clippings still on the towel on the table. There was burnt hair stuck to a rusted curling iron, and the whole place smelled like dirty feet. Also my gel mani has air bubbles that the nail tech didn't bother to fix.
