He was on time and such a pleasure to chat with. He explained everything he was going to do and took extra time on some problem areas from my dogs. This is the first time I've used H & S and I will never recommend or use anyone else! I never write reviews so the fact that I'm writing this says something! He had a new employee today named Justin who was very friendly and did a great job too! Awesome service
