Delicious Pan Dulce! Conchas, Cuernos, Orejas, Libros, Michoacanas, all good choices!! Whenever I am looking for the comfort of the typical Mexican bread I grew up with I can always count on them.
I remember going to this bakery since I was little and I will pribably continue going for as long as I can. The owners are very kind people and very welcoming.
As soon as you walk near the bakery the air is filled with the comforting scent of fresh bread.
Any one looking for a tasty companion for coffee time. You can find your pastries/bread here!

The bread is actually pretty good, it's not bad but usually you'll have to be there at specific times to get your pick or it'll be gone. The service is terrible it's awful, whoever the man is attending has such a dreadful attitude it makes the whole atmosphere seem tense. I feel bad for the clients, this man makes you not want to shop here. To the owners I hope you hire someone new this man needs to learn to be respectful and quit having the attitude of a teenage girl. If you're tired of working here just quit, you don't need to take it out on your patrons. If you don't care about customer service in the slightest you should definitely come for the bread. Sometimes the heat is unbearable, I couldn't stand more than 2 minutes because I was physically unable to breathe. Anyways don't make questions, don't make talk, just remember the fat man attending the customers is ignorant and pompous with the attitude of a teenage girl seriously.

Kinda surprised no one has blessed this spot with a review yet!

I used to be up in here all the time, mainly for their Guava pastries. In fact, its one of the spots ive missed the most since the move out West.

Family owned and operated by some good, friendly, hard workin peoples. People that take pride in, not only the product they put out, but how the customer is treated when they are in their establishment.

Affordable, superb quality Mexican baked goods, baked on site; FRESH!

Extremely fair prices on everything! I tried the coffee for the first time yesterday and it was surprisingly great! Grabbed some Piedras, a Concha, a Sweet Rice Pastry, and a few other things---but NO Guava pastries?!!?!! Damn!

Bottom line, this is a definite 5 star spot, both for quality and service, but i was let down by them not offering that Guava until the winter time. I might give em a call, see if they can make me a half dozen to bring back West with me. Mexican bakeries in SD are a dime a dozen, but NONE of them have the official quality that H&H in BPT does. Check em out today!

I got two Mario brothers themed cakes, not only did the cakes look good they were really delicious, we got tres leches cake filled with peaches and one filled with strawberries, This is not your typical birthday cake you get at a grocery store it's pricier and totally worth it

H&H has just incredible pan dulce. Every once in a blue moon I have to get out to Bridgeport for work and always stop by to pick up a big box of sweet breads. Always shocked how reasonable the prices are - if H&H were in NYC I wouldn't hesitate to pay 3x their CT price. I can leave the breads on my counter-top for a couple days and they are still soft and fresh - true quality.

Have you had their Tres Leches cake?? Don't miss it.

H&H made the most delicious and magnificent tres leches cake imaginable!!! I had ordered it a bit late and for pick up on a very busy Saturday morning. Not only did they get the cake finished on time but they called to let me know that they had finished it early for me! The decoration was perfect. The customer service and the quality of the cake are definitely 5 star!!

Went to lunch at the restaurant couple doors down and the bakery smelled so good just had to stop in and get some goodies. First off the guy in the front was super helpful as I had no idea what to get. Honestly, I was a bit overwhelmed by all the variety of Spanish pastries. He explained the cakes, pastries and bread. In the end I went along with his recommendations and I'm not disappointed. It appeared to be family owned and operated which is always a plus for me. I will be back for the tres leches cake!

I really like places like these: family owned, cheap in prices and superb quality. I usually get a concha to go with some hot chocolate when I get home, never disappoints.

I came here a few weeks ago after having the biggest hankering for dessert and not quite knowing what I wanted. Let me tell you, it was a fantastic decision! A small, family owned bakery who does it right. They have a wide variety of pastries and cakes, and I had such a craving a bought a little bit of everything! The conchas were great, and I'm not even a fan of sweet breads. My favorite though was the tres leches peaches, it was truly indulgent. This is definitely my go-to bakery from now on, and it will be yours once you try it!
