Gulf Coast Burger

We stopped in for dinner while on vacation. Food was great, service was great! Thanks Danielle for a great night!

Tay, our waitress was fantastic. very sweet and kind.

the food on the other hand was not the best. The chicken was very chewy and stuck in our teeth's, sorta bland. the fries were pretty good, and they have great sweet tea!

This review is specific to their $14 milkshakes. I fell victim to the enticing advertisement but don't make the same mistake. I am an ice cream lover but I couldn't bring myself to finish their Oreo shake. It screams premade. Ice cream was chalky, Oreos were stale, cookies were cold, chewy and disgusting. They look pretty but don't bother!

Went on a Sunday night and it wasnt busy at all. We sat at the bar. Had good service. We both got burgers and they were very good. I loved the bun, and the meat was really alot for just a single. Loaded me up with pickles! Love that they have tator tots on the menu, the fries were great too. Quite a few beer choices. The thing I actually didnt love was the milkshake. I just got a regular chocolate shake, but didnt really like it. Hard to explain but didnt taste right. I did like that it came in a take home reuseable cup! We would go back to eat for sure! They have robots that deliver food and drinks to tables which is wild!

We stopped here for lunch for a quick bite during our shopping day. The atmosphere is fun and lively, and we were seated rather quickly, even with it being pretty busy.

Our waitress was pretty dull, not much personality or care. I inquired about if the fries were gluten free or not because I have a gluten allergy, and she kind of shook her head. I repeated my question thinking she may not have heard me because it was fairly loud in there, and she said "I don't think so, they're just fries." That pretty much tells me she has no idea, which is fine, but at least offer to find out. I decided against going through the trouble of getting someone to look into it and just ordered the fries. They have a gluten free burger bun which is actually decent, not hard or dry. Our waitress only came back to our table once after we received our food, but didn't ask us if we needed refills or anything.

We actually really enjoyed the food, it was delicious and seasoned well so I considered giving it a 4 star.. however, the lack of service we received and the fact that we had to wait a while on a robot to bring us our food just isn't my cup of tea. I also didn't like the fact that the waitress stood over us while we paid on this tablet, which automatically starts a tip at 18% and 20%. For those reasons, I have to give it a 3 star.

Food was better than expected! It was actually delicious. Service was great as well. Taneka saw to it that we enjoyed the food, quality of service and didn't wait too long for it to come out. The mac n cheese was great. The ambiance gave ice cream shoppe!

So I have cistern Destin a bunch of times and I have never eaten here. I was in the mood for a good salad and this place came up on Yelp as near me.

There was no wait. You can opt to have your order taken or scan the QR code and place and pay for your order. We had our order taken I don't trust all QR codes

I had the shrimp and chicken southern salad. I also had the loaded fries. My husband had a burger.

The fries were PERFECT. The shrimp on the salad were seasoned perfectly. The chicken was ok. The dressing was watery.

The cool thing is a reboot brings out the food! I saw they have massive milkshakes

The most bland burger, ever.

We went here after a movie. I got the Alabama with mac and cheese. It was so tasteless to me that I drenched it in ketchup and mustard. My SIL took out her bacon because she doesn't like bacon on her meals, and even adding that to my burger barely made a dent. I eventually added salt and pepper, which I never do, and then I could taste some salt.

I didn't want to be the Debbie Downer so I didn't say anything, until my SIL made a comment about adding a lot of ketchup because she also thought it was bland. She then added salt later on as well. The salt grinder was almost empty and I made the joke that everybody else probably felt the same, hence it's almost empty. She got the Florida burger. Also, apparently her eggs were too overdone, so she scraped them off.

My husband rarely complains about food, but when we got home, he was saying he would have enjoyed frozen burgers from a store, cooked at home.

Please save your $14. You're better off going to McDonald's.

Def A+ for trendy cool vibe. Really cool robot servers that brought the food and beverages. The grass fed burger was dry and sorta tasteless but the sweet potato fries and onion rings were yum. The bison burger had much better flavor and was moist. Will be back for one of those amazing looking milkshakes for sure!

Super good burger and milkshake! If you ever have the chance just do it! It's so yummy!
