I placed a piece of jewelery to be repaired ,I lost the repair tag because the item was left under my Mother's maiden name (she passed away during that time) I was unable to retrieve the Item,And the owner(,s) claim to be good Christians ,I hope they go to H€££)

Greenfield Jewelers were incredibly friendly, professional and honest! I went in with a platinum & diamond engagement ring that was too big. They took as much time as I needed and answered all of my questions and concerns about which size I should make the ring and how they do it.
(I had questions about what happens when my finger swells in warm weather or during exercise and which size do I choose if my knuckle was wider than where the ring sits?)
They even have a "rush" option if you would like your ring back as soon as they can get it done.
I dropped it off this morning and they called me a few hours later to tell me it was done. It looks gorgeous and fits perfectly!

I have a nice swiss watch that was a wedding present and haven't been wearing it because the battery died and the leather band was no longer in nice shape. I did a little research and landed on going to Greenfield Jewelers to have it fixed.
The shop is small and unassuming, it made me remember back to visiting the jeweler in my hometown with my grandpa to have his watch fixed.
I got a battery, a nice leather band, a smile and friendly service all for about $30 in about 15mins.
This will now be the wife and I's go to for watch repair and jewelry.

I have been here several times to have jewelry made for my wife. Each time Greenfield Jewelers provides me with several options to choose from. They are very flexible and can make what you want. The prices are reasonable, which is good when talking about something that can be quite expensive. The end results have always pleased my wife and I am glad that I went to Greenfield. I will be back the next time I need a curated piece.

This place is wonderful! I thought I needed to fix my husbands' watch and the lovely woman who works here informed me that all I needed was a simple battery change, saving me an immense amount of stress!

They also cleaned the watch up so nicely that it looks brand new. When I went to checkout there was a small price difference for a watch box that I wanted and they even gave me the lower quoted price rather than the intended price.

They even spoke to my daughter like a real person. I can't tell you how important that is to me.

I'll be coming back to this location and recommending it to others for sure! What a nice local find.

Having never before purchased jewelry, I was a little nervious when I visited the store to look for wedding bands... but I did not need to be. The customer service here is top notch. Questions were answered in detailed and I never felt pressure to buy out of my budget. I left with two beautiful rings that my fiancee and I are thrilled with. I would absolutely come back.

Got my fiancé's ring resized here. Rosalind is extremely nice and kind. I contacted them through yelp prior to visiting in order to get a quote. If the 10 odd businesses that I contacted, this place was one of the quickest to respond and also have the best price. They got the resize done in just two days, one of them being Thanksgiving day. I would definitely recommend them.
