Great Clips

The review before me couldn't be more accurate! If only we saw that before my husband went there.
My husband just came home from here (first time going here). He's been in the bathroom for ten minutes trying to get all the hair OUT OF HIS MOUTH! He also just said "I guess it looks ok if you smash it all down, and the back is mostly even."
His haircut looks absolutely awful. I could've done better myself with a hacksaw. I could go into more details of the actual visit, but I'm going to leave it with this: just don't go there.

Alejandra gave me an amazing haircut - exactly what I wanted. I appreciated that she did not push me to buy products - her co-worker was annoyingly pushy. I'm thankful I didn't get her.

Great folks and a simple solution to a problem we all have! Hair grows and they cut it well. Nothing fancy but clean and professional folks.

Cass just gave me an incredible cut. She was thorough, fast, and funny. I will definitely be back!

My husband went there for the 1st time and Tiffany listened and gave him the best haircut he's had in yrs. Thank you and now he is going to stick with you til he dies.

Rating is for RICARDO. Ricardo is AMAZING, he takes his time and doesn't yank on hair as it's being cut. Very professional, polite, and continues to work on his clients until the cuts are completed. He TAKES HIS TIME and continues until the full cut is completed.

As for the others - they should CELEBRATE that Ricardo has a client base and not roll their eyes when he is requested. I'm incredibly picky about who cuts my hair and have stopped in a couple of times to see when Ricardo was going to be in next - as opposed to trying to get me to have someone ELSE cut my hair and rolling their eyes, why not just give me an accurate answer of when my selected person to cut my hair is in??

The kicker - I've tried the others in this location and have left with some pretty rushed / BAD cuts where spots were missing and I had "stand up comedians", so it's not like I didn't try!

5 stars for Ricardo, 2 stars for the others.

Absolutely amazing. My daughter and I both got haircuts today Damien did a great job on my hair and I am usually very uncomfortable getting my hair done by someone I don't know. I was totally comfortable and felt safe as they were very clean and covid-19 cautious. Max did my daughter's haircut and had the task of combing through a huge mat in her hair, while keeping her calm. Very compassionate and caring. I will never go anywhere else as long as they are still there . Strong recommendation for anyone with ASD. I truly can't say how amazing our experience was . Thank you again Max, Damien, and all of the Great Clips staff

Only went here cause my husband gets his hair done here and usually it's good expect one time he went. I went here first time and they messed up my hair so bad. My hair wasn't fully dry and I wish I realized how bad it looked right away, before/after pictures above. After I had my friend fix it, who has less experience but did 10x better. It was so choppy and a lot shorter than what I asked for, didn't look like layers even just a straight line. Don't know how she got her license..The lady was nice but I care more about the work done..won't come get another hair cut here.

Seriously the only place I go to get my hair cut for myself and daughter. Kendra is my all time favorite stylist and we have been going there for about 6 years and hope she stays there forever! Everyone is so friendly and help me decide what to do to my hair!
