Great Clips

The people there were nice but they are honestly not very good at blending in the back. I came here about 6 times ever since I lived in the area. They also were cutting as if they were in a rush. Customer service is amazing, they talk with you and are nice but as always they mess up my hair.

If you want a fancy hairdo like the Bill Clinton's and (ex-) senator Edwards of this world then you don't go to Great Clips, you pay a few hundred bucks and have your own stylist. However, if you like an efficient, low cost, quick trim then in my opinion you just cannot beat the Great Clips concept:

I have registered with them which means wherever I am (e.g. A recent business trip to Florida, or when I spent most of time in San Marcos, CA until recently all I had to do is give my phone number and up my info would pop and they would give me the same finish as always. Also with their App the longest wait I have ever had is less than 5 minutes. Furthermore, being as old as dirt, it only costs me $13 (less on specials) and I am a happy camper and out the door in less than 20 minutes! Perfect!!!

At this store I have always found the staff decent and skilled, and friendly enough for a 20 minute chat. The manager/ owner here is a really nice guy too. Recommended - unless you plan to run for POTUS!! Tip - don't :)

I was visiting from out of town and I'm very uncomfortable trying new hairstylist. Initially, I was skeptical of trying Great clips but i decided to give it a shot based on some excellent reviews. I guess my Gut feeling was right!

I had Paige hairstylist and she is one of the best Stylist I have seen! She very friendly, skilled and great at scissors. She did a fantastic job. She is the best kept secret hair stylist in the area! I would definitely recommend this store. Everyone seems to be friendly, Skilled and Professional.

I walked into this location today to have a bad haircut with a couple weeks of growth that was faster on one side than the other corrected. Alex was the unfortunate stylist tasked with "fixing" it. She listened to how I would actually like my hair to look and gave me a great cut. When I got home my husband said "Wow! Your hair looks great!" Thank you Alex. I'll be back to see you soon when it's time for a trim.

Had a great experience, the owner Kelly was in and just a very nice man. I appreciated the thankfulness I received from coming in and being a part of their business for the day!

I had Samantha for my stylist, very friendly. Fast, did exactly what I wanted with my hair, and gave me some tips on styling with some issues I have with the waves in my hair. Everyone was friendly that I spoke with. Great experience will definitely be going back. Great value for the money. I was actually surprised how inexpensive it was for the quality

For men they do a better than average job of cuts but why spend all the money to have multiple chairs and only have 2-3 stylist on a shift?? This means on busy days you wait and wait except for me. I go elsewhere for less wait time. It's like Walmart Target or a grocery store. They build tons of check out lanes but only a few are open or manned.

I really enjoy this place. I need a simple haircut, don't want to wait in line and want a good price. Great clips does just that. Check in on line and don't wait at all. Jackie is awesome ask for her when you go in.

I really try to give people the benefit of the doubt and believe that you can fix a bad haircut. However, this location really is bad. The technicians are very incompetent when it comes to cutting little girls hair. They cut my daughters long straight, at an angle, one side was linger than the other and she didn't seem to notice when I mentioned it to her. We had for the other ones hair to be layered and it was choppy, it wasn't blended and you can see these distinct cuts. And when you ask to have it fixed they are pissed. ugh, just not worth it.
