Q:
Is there a Sunday brunch buffet? Can't find any info on their website. Thanks!
A:
Yes sundays from 9am-2pm. I'm having a hard time finding pricing information but you can get an idea of what they serve at the buffet by going to their website.

I've never been more appreciated to be a customer at a restaurant before! We were thanked multiple times for visiting, given 2 gift cards to come back and try their new brew, and given homemade cookies for the road! You can taste test any of their beers, the food was delish and their growlers were super unique in style. Thanks for the great impression Sioux City!

We had a party of 18 so I felt bad for the server(s). The poor guy was overwhelmed and had a hard time. I and 3 others arrived about fifteen minutes before the rest of the gang. We ordered beers and it took the server all 15 minutes plus to bring the four beers and they were given to the wrong people. By the time the rest of the party showed up it was chaos and additional servers were called in to aid him.
I ordered the fish and chips and they were very good as were the specialty beers we had ordered.
Probably better for a smaller group.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1Business owner information

My friend wanted lunch after picking me up from the Sioux Falls Regional airport, so right after visiting Falls Park, we ended up coming here to Granite City Food & Brewery.
We only had a limited window before we were off heading south to Lennox. It was around 2:45pm when we arrived. As time got closer, we knew that we would not make it to our destination at a reasonable time, so we decided to grab some local beers for the road. The restaurant was actually quite empty to be honest and the service here was molasses slow. Really slow and sad. How slow can you pour a couple of beers? We waited 1/2 hour after placing our orders but waited 10 minutes for the server to arrive to place the order. We were contemplating on leaving the premises after placing our order. That would have been a first for me, instead of leaving before placing an order. We stayed, of course, and we finally got our beers the moment we decided to stand up, she comes with our beers. What perfect timing, I thought! The restaurant itself was fairly nice and cozy, to be honest. I love the ambience and the car was pretty cool also. However, the service was very slow to the point where we thought about leaving, as mentioned above. Should be told, I wasn't that hungry to be in with anyway, but the beers tasted pretty good after a long travel day from Honolulu, HI. It was one of those things where I just happened to be this way, but the beers were pretty good and enjoyable.
The overall experience here at the Granite City Food & Brewery here in Sioux Falls, South Dakota was decidedly different and disappointing. I'm sure they were short staffed that day, but wow, 30 minutes to have a beer is kind of insane, to be honest. The server was nice and friendly, but the service was slow. Slow, slow, slow. But we grinned and bared it since we ordered something and it wasn't cool to skip out. The ceiling was comfortable and we had a booth near the entrance. We spent about 35 to 40 minutes in total here and it was pretty nice to be able to have a conversation with my friend will wait for our order. But that was about it. The slow service really was annoying and frustrating as hell since we were on a time crunch that day. For the most part, though, I can't really recommend or say anything bad about this place because I only had beer, no food. The most enjoyable thing about this place was that I happen to fit around with the the payment machine and it read 07 cents I'm like awesome I can pay only seven Cents. The server reminded me that the beers cost $15 so that was an error. She graciously fixed the machine, we paid, and got outta there and back on the road south towards Lennox. It was a nice pit stop but hopefully my experience on a Saturday during Labor Day weekend won't be the same as yours.
Granite City Food and Brewery is located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. It's physically located at 1234 Main Street. They accept major credit cards, as well as cash. My friend and I arrived by car, so there's plenty of parking here, but it's limited depending on what time of day you come. Not sure about if Sioux Falls has a local public transportation system to get you from the regional airport to here, but check Google and plan your trip here to the Granite City Food and Brewery. My experience here can say that we just had an off day and it's not necessarily like this. Probably because it was a holiday weekend and definitely short staffed. I get it but still should have said something and not have us wait 20-30 minutes before saying anything. Truth be told, it was an okay visit. Just antsy to be on time in Lennox later that day. I'm sure it's better when it's staffed better. Just happened to be there when it's not. Oh well. It is what it is. Check things out if you enjoy a beer or craft beer in the local area.
3.0 stars solely for the slow service.

5 stars for delivery! I ordered the BBQ beef sandwich, and it came on a perfectly toasted brioche bun. I appreciated how it was packed with the top bread on the side because it retained a delightful crispness on the toasted interior. The beef was so soft and flavorful--overall just a really comforting sandwich with wonderful contrasting textures :)
The crinkle fries had a good seasoning and were nicely salted (addictive). I wish there were more spices on them because the seasoning was really good!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Business owner information

Wow!! First, let me congratulate you on receiving the Sioux Falls Foodie coveted 5-star rating!! Usually only reserved for Gordon Ramsay and Bobby Flay restaurants. Ordered the pretzel sticks appetizer to start. It was just amazing!! The stone ground mustard was phenomenal. Then, for entrees, we had the Jambalaya and Patti Melt. I've been to New Orleans over a dozen times and short of jalapenos and okra, and your jambalaya was spot on. It was one of the best I've had. The Patti Melt was excellent. Then, for dessert, we had Berry cheesecake. The cheesecake may have lacked that strong cheese bite to it, but overall, it was really good. I will definitely be back, and hands down is the best place I've eaten in Sioux Falls thus far!

My wife and I were greeted and seated immediately upon walking in. We both opted for an Ice water, which had a heavily chlorinated and rather unappetizing. I'm we ordered a grilled spinach and artichoke chicken sandwich and a Turkey overlake with the green beans almondine side. It took roughly 30 minutes to get our food and it wasn't even during typical dining hours. The sandwiches were fine, nothing to write home about. The green beans were heavily undercooked and borderline raw, which was unappetizing. Overall our meal left something to be desired. We used to love Granite City, but it seems over time they have become complacent. I'd your looking for subpar, this will do, but when there are so many options in Sioux Falls, I recommend finding somewhere with a better atmosphere and food.

2 Stars mainly because of our waiter. I'll blame our experience with him on him being maybe 12 years old and probably poorly trained. *He didn't know the beer menu. *He didn't ask my husband if he wanted a refill, once. (My husband would have absolutely wanted a 2nd beer.) *When I asked for salt & pepper he brought only the salt. (But whatever, that's what I mostly wanted, anyways.)
*When we asked for our check...after waiting for him for a good 15min with our plates completely empty...he said, "Do you want a check or should I just go run a card for ya?" Umm...yes! Of course we want to see a check! My husband paid with cash anyways.
The bill was $42.03 and when we got our change back we didn't receive any coins. Fine. But the total bills back didn't equal up, and this meant the $.97 change wasn't included; the waiter 'kept' that change for himself. Fine. Whatever. If you're going to round, you round to keep the customer with more money and then the customer will more than likely tip you that difference, and usually more. We considered that missing $.97 towards the kids' tip.
As for the food, it was fine. My pasta was fine. Portion felt a little small for a $15 dish. And no bread or salad. It needed salt. Husband's burger was fine. He had a 10x better burger next door (Sickies) just yesterday. And why a $3 up-charge for waffle fries!?!?!
Place is huge and mostly clean. All the decorative growler bottles on the shelf next to us were dusty as shit.
We're not from town and probably won't bother with this place again. Tons of other places to go.Helpful 6Thanks 1Love this 2Oh no 1 - Amy M.Oconomowoc, WI0123Jul 14, 2023
Wide selection of beer choices. Awesome happy hour specials. Salads are huge. And baby ducks on the patio!

My husband and I always enjoy eating at Granite City. Their food and drink is always fresh and delicious tasting! Their service is also always top notch! I especially enjoy the "lettuce wrap" fish tacos and sauteed green beans, while my husband loves the meatloaf and mashed potatoes.

Prime rib sandwich could be outdone by 7-eleven hotdog
Burgers were flavorless
Service asked if we needed any thing extra then we asked they didn't bring it back
Disappointing except for my salad at the beginning of the meal
Wife liked the fish tacos
Put in drink orders and didn't get last drink till I was signing credit slip
