We received an inspection for a home my wife and I are selling so that we weren't surprised by the buyer's inspections when they hopefully eventually show up. The inspection was very detailed and thorough and the report provided was very complete.

My wife and I fixed a couple things that were in the report and they gladly came back out, reinspected to make sure repairs were suitable, and notated the report that additional repairs were done.
