First time coming to this place. I always hear how good it is. We came here today for breakfast and it was nice because it was not crowded. They had a simple breakfast menu with a variety of Mexican dishes. I had the machaca with scrambled eggs, comes with a side of chile con queso, hash browns and beans. The machaca is made of shredded beef, scrambled eggs, tomato, onions, and jalapeños. It was not greasy, just needed salt. The beans are ok, just lacking salt. The side of chile con queso was good and spicy. The hash browns were also delicious. We had a side of pancakes, I'm not a fan of pancakes, but just wanted to try them out. I also had the tostadas and salsa to snack on, nice and spicy! I will come back just to try the menudo!

Great quick service. They have lunch specials but I decided on a mushroom burger and it was definitely a good choice. It is huge (took half home) it could've used a little more seasoning but it was fresh and hot. The fries were crispy but not salted. My friend had a soup that looked so yummy!! I've been here before and I'm never disappointed the enchiladas are definitely a go to meal.

I really like the Huevos Rancheros. The sauce is cheesy and the accompanying refries and hash browns compliment them

I have eaten at other locations but never this one. It truly is a "hole in the wall" but the food was fabulous! We had breakfast: machaca and Mexican omelet. The food is more than you can eat, so if you like left overs, It is two meals! The Chile's and queso sauce was a little runny but delicious with every bite!
They aren't serving the normal chips and salsa, but will provide salsa on request. The coffee was good and the atmosphere was very Latin. The cantina music was very authentic and set the mood for a lively Mexican breakfast.
The waitress was attentive and I left very satisfied with my meal. Oh! The parking leaves a little to be desired since it sits on a busy street, but we found a place outback- but it is pretty rustic. Enjoy!!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Timothy M.Cleveland, TN511627Apr 22, 2021
Came twice during my trip, had the huevos rancheros both times, and they were so good. Highly recommended!

Stayed close by while visiting family. Parking is not the best but we managed to find some in the back of the restaurant. Had some menudo and absolutely loved it. Service was fast and hardly any wait. The waitress was very attentive. Will definitely return to have some more Menudo.

I recently started eating here at the suggestion of a friend. WOW. Everything I've tried so far is fantastic. Great salsa, which to me makes or breaks a "mexican food" establishment. Everything is super fresh and right off the grill. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Super clean too. The owner is the principal chef so the food is spot on. Its decorations are eclectic from ethnic murals to hobby lobby chic. I would classify this place as an anchor to the growing 5 Points renaissance. I recommend the "Juaritos" burger which includes an hot dog, ham, cheese, bacon, and a side of delicious fries. The breakfasts are their main stay I would say, the menudo being the most popular dish.

"Much more than Good Coffee" should be the new name! Authentic Mexican food and good coffee. We had just about everything on the breakfast menu and it all came out perfect. We were served with smiles and all around great customer service. The only tiny hit is the parking situation but that's to be expected because of the location. Other than that, this is one of the better if not the best restaurants in the area!
