I would like to first say thank you to John and his team.
They made my son and I feel really good about our purchase.
We waited almost 4 years to get our custom pendents done.
I'm glad we did because I love my pendent they did a great job.
They worked with us and listened to what we were looking for they were not just trying to make a sale.
I would recommend Gold USA.

I've always heard great things about this business and have always wanted to check it out. After yesterday's experience I will definitely be coming back. The staff was very friendly and treated us like family. My daughter looks great with her new bracelet and ring.

She was sized and treated with great care by everyone. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. No need to shop around, Gold USA is my go to.

Back in December I purchased my daughters some heart shaped nugget earrings from Gold USA. Somehow the stem of the earring detached from the heart portion of the earring. I was a little upset when I went back to Gold USA to let them know what happened but all that changed when a nice guy name John came to assist me. He replaced the whole earring for little to nothing and insured me that this was common with children because sometime they play rough and sleep wild Causing the stem of the earring to bend. John was really polite and understanding. On my way out I was again greeted by a handsome guy name Dave who offered me a beverage which was perfect timing because I happed to be parched at that very moment. I will definitely be back to Gold USA for all my jewelry needs.

Let me start off by saying I've been coming To GOLDUSA since they were located on Mack Rd inside SDMART, so several years and I'm kicking myself because this is my first time reviewing them. This review however is simply from my Visit on 05/13/2021

SERVICE:

I came in after closing time which is at 5:00 still these amazing employees provided me with service. This being a mom and pop shop it really shows within the quality of service they give to each customer. Seeing that I came in after closing I had to wait a little longer than normal. It was a pleasure watching others get quality service without being rushed out the door. They always are so personable with everyone. It's like you become family once you shop at GOLDUSA!

I got my service from John and let me tell you he went above and beyond without any hesitation.
I came in just to have my chain repaired. I was prepared I drop it off and come back the next day. NOPE, John handed it over to a gentleman and said well fix this rye now no worries. ( REMEMBER IM HERE AFTER HOURS) he didn't have to do that but yet he did. Just with the gesture of him helping me on the spot I wanted to spend some money with them. He didn't even charge me for my repair.

My nephew was with me so we ended up getting him a chain with a Letter J pendant. We had our eyes on this baby Buddha as well and of course John being the Man that he is gave us a great deal on the piece. As someone spending their hard earned money with a business it feels extremely good handing over your money and wanting to come back to support the business when you get GREAT SERVICE!

LOCATION:

I like the new location because it's convenient to a lot of other great spots. The parking sucks but it's expected seeing EVERYONE frequents this business from the time it opens to the time it closes. You know you doing your thing when there's a long line waiting outside lol.

I have visited Gold USA several times, and their staff is very friendly. They're always quick to help me out and make sure I get what I'm looking for. I've requested for a few repairs for my chains, and they quickly called me back within the next few days to let me know it was ready. Big shoutout to John and Grandma who have always been friendly whenever I came in and make sure I'm satisfied with what I purchase. They treat you like family in there and are fast workers so your visits can be in & out. Best jewelers in Sacramento hands down. Would recommend to anyone looking for jewelry !!!

Once again getting the best quality service when I come here. Came in for another repair on my ring and to resize it you can't even tell a Diamond was missing even though it was a custom diamond they were able to get it ordered and repaired, looks perfect and original. Always the best work. Hands down.

Daniel and John always help me out when I go in to get some new gems If you haven't went into the store, you better stop by and get yours! They make custom jewelry and always make sure to leave you with a smile They never disappoint!!!
