Glow Express Car Wash

Pretty standard car wash. They don't take Apple Pay or other contactless methods. I wish they had people that would help dry your car after.

They damaged my vehicle. Provided me with the videos that clearly show I arrived without the scratches and then got them after coming out. Now that I'm requesting their insurance information they are ghosting me. Do not go here to support their business. I would truly give ZERO stars if possible.

I went to the Edison location twice in April and once in May. they charge me for tire dressing and every time I never get tire dressing on my vehicle. I go up to the attendant and he just has me do the wash again and the same thing happens no tire dressing. Why are they charging people for tire dressing and not putting it on the tires I just went again last weekend and the same thing. I am never going back there!

Quick car wash that includes interior wipes and vacuums. They used to give tokens with any wash for 5 minutes to use the vacuums but now it comes with every wash with unlimited time and they now have longer hoses. The wash itself is not very thorough but it is a fine quick option.

I went solely for the self service vacuums, $1 (4 quarters only, or token) for 5 mins, did the job!

Got the $7 basic wash and my car looked a tad cleaner but quite streaky afterwards. The dirtiness of my car before the car wash was really not bad (had some salt on it and was not shiny). It did feel like the time going through the car wash was shorter than other places and the time for the water rinsing and drying was extremely short (maybe the reason for the excess streaking). Overall, not really satisfied with the basic car wash - for this level of washing, $7 is too much - maybe $3-$4 would be acceptable since they do give you a complimentary internal car wipe, which is nice.

Not an effective car wash. I paid $16 for the "Ultimate" wash. The soap was more colorful, but I still left with bird poop all over my car. Waste of money

Paid $16 for a car wash that left my car with artificial scratches and dirt on the top, and dirt on the sides. Would definitely recommend going anywhere else if you care about your vehicle.

I wanted to try a new car wash place and I gave Glow Express a chance. I was just highly disappointed because my car came out the same as before. It just looked like rain happened over night where it gives your car a cleaner look from a distance but if you closely, it's still dirty like before. I wanted to try the more expensive wash but I needed to try the basic one before so I won't be as disappointed. I am glad i didn't pour more money into this. This is a self serve car wash, where there's a machine you can pick what you want and pay upfront. There was a guy to help me pay and handed me a free vacuum coin which was appreciated. But then afterwards someone else sprays your car before it goes into the machine. My car came out and there wasn't anyone wiping the car dry. Is this normal?? My car game out with pollen still stuck in the front and nothing was really cleaned. I am so disappointed in this place. It had looked new and very nice, I was going to get a monthly membership as well but I am glad I avoided that.

Only good thing about this place are the free vacuums. Other than that my car was still dirty after the car wash and even after paying extra for a tire cleaning shine and wax coating. Could barely tell any of that was done.
