      Have had 3 BAD situations in 3 years..DO NOT waste your time....nor money on this business!!!The first problem was that I found out i had NO MONITORING for the THREE MONTHS I was in a hospital....They install....and then drain you with service calls....Faulty equipment....My Medical Pendant is now THE PROBLEM-have had no service AGAIN for 4 months.......They did give me free service calls due to NON DIAGNOSIS of The Problem but now i'm told that pendant is "Special Order"....[which means expensive]...and I will have to pay for the next service call to clear my system......
