Still great selection for "staples", but the staff just seems "beat down", maybe?
Not a lot of talking when you ask a question, more just grunts. Hope life gets better for them, not a easy job, I get it. However, little effort goes a long ways.

We have used this pharmacy for over 11 years only changing once when our medical policies favored another pharmacy but jumped back as soon as we could.

The pharmacists are great however clearly this location needs more experienced staff that we thought it had in place for years. New employees are taking too long to find prescriptions. I had to wait 20 minutes for 1 yesterday and just gave up. No one calls anymore to let you know a prescription isn't covered so you can call around using a drug discount card and then you have to call around to find your own alternative pharmacy and arrange for them to call yours to transfer prescriptions. Before that would have been done once you identified where it was available.

With the job market tough to keep good people, I hope this situation gets better soon . This Giants has been great for holding large covid vaccinations for communities and I hope it gets back to being the fast and reliable pharmacy it once was.

This Giant is challenging due to the high prices and understaffing, Waited for 15 mins for assistance in the bakery. I went to front of the store and asked to buy a coconut cake. Office person announced for bakery assistance over loud speaker. ...crickets....Apparently it's not manned on Sundays? Oh well Giants Loss HT gain. The store front is dirty. Not a fan of this store.

They are a great store GIANT and they need update inside and out of the whole building it is TIME start it is 2020! Giant needs more sales on everything and have more masks and gloves and fix and update the PARKING LOT and more walk crossings so no one gets hurt and officer some free simples of food and drinks all year and chain up all the carts up no one steal them and make sure all ALL THE CARTS GO BACK TO THE CART SPOT ALWAYS!! Which is very important seriously!! Thank you so much

They recently changed the store hours to close at 10 so I try going when I get off work at 9:30 and this entire week they routinely closed 10-15 minutes early for some reason. Close at the posted time please not 15 minutes early!

Terrible store. Manager is non existent. Customer service at corp headquarters is equally as bad. Last Saturday there were a group of children ages 10 to 12 were having races with the grocery carts IN the grocery store. They were pushing each other in the carts racimg up and down the aisles. I went to the front desk to complain because they almost ran down a woman who was using a walker. The woman at the front desk told me there was nothing they could do, corp told them to leave the children alone. will never go into that store again and I tell everyone not to patronize that Giant. We live close to two Wegmans and three Harris Tetters. We in Ashburn have many other choice!!! Also Harris Tetter gives senior discounts.

This store is a mess. I went in tonight and was immediately approached by a giant employee in the produce section who was wearing his mask below his nose. Within a few minutes I encountered at least 3 other employees doing the same. I asked to speak to the manager but he "had just stepped out".

One employee, who was helpful, did walk around and admonish the employees to wear their masks properly but it just seemed to make them angry. I won't shop at a store run like this.

At this point, there is something seriously wrong with the management of this store if the employees are so comfortable doing this. If it makes you angry that someone is bothered by you not wearing a mask, you should look for a job that isn't frontline dealing with customers.

I shop at other Giant stores in the area and haven't seen this level of foolishness. The store needs a different, better manager.

Hi! I'm a casting director in LA now casting a new medical show similar to Dr Pimple Popper where we match our doctor with patients that could use her help. Anyway, my Mom lives in Ashburn VA and saw a man shopping there who had strange tumors on his lower legs. He was in the parking lot talking it out with someone who bumped into his car or my Mom (who used to be a nurse) would have approached him about this. If by any chance someone reading this may know of this person, I'd like to interview him for the show. If chosen he (and anyone else who interviews) will have problem taken care of by us at no cost. Always a great time coming here and the salad bar is phenomenal! The staff is so friendly and there's always someone ready to help you at the customer service desk. The isles are spot on clean and the bakery accepts orders the day off! This saved me so many times when I needed a cake in a few hours. Delicious cakes as well! Great time shopping here and always will come back.

Nice supermarket but with 144k+ new covid cases each day, this store attracts an abnormally high number of maskless blunders
