My husband and I stopped in here during our vacation in the area. We picked up a nice, big sirloin steak that looked wonderful and some thick sliced "minced" bologna to make fried bologna sandwiches.
What a find!! I wish we had a place like this back home. The steak was tender and D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S. Quite frankly, the fried bologna was great, too! And the prices were very reasonable.

683111028Jan 2, 2023Got a filet loin cut up from Citera for Christmas Dinner. Used to always frequent Gary's but hadn't been in since it changed hands. Seems as though the quality is the same as it was, and obviously cannot comment to the cost due to the market consistently changing. Was happy with the meat though, will definitely continue to shop here.

Had to stop by to buy my meats... for the quality and thickness of these pork chop plus Chicken legs. Why would you buy your meats at Walmarts/Supermarkets...It's worth the drive to see how much more meats you can get at Citrera Meats Market...Bag chicken $10 ish plus pork chop (Look how thick and fresh the quality is...

The ring bologna is actually pretty good. If you don't feel like driving to Allentown by your ring bologna here if you feel like taking a drive, Thursday, Friday Saturday, go to the farmers market in Allentown and go to Barringer brothers for the best.

Just opened a steak I bought two days ago. It was for my wife's birthday dinner. It was rotten. It never was like this when Gary owned it.
