Martinizing Dry Cleaning

Surprised to see some of the negative reviews. The owners are very professional and handled a particularly difficult issue and did so with a quick turnaround. Please see for yourself the excellent service they provide. Will be returning.

First and LAST time!! I didn't mean to give it any stars!!! Totally ruined my jacket/blazer after charging me $15 AND I asked them upfront if they believed they could clean it without ruining the piping and the woman was confident they could.

WRONG!!! They ruined it, put a damage tag on it, asked me what I wanted them to do because they followed the care instructions and offered me a CREDIT as if I would EVER plan to return!!!

I suggest they do what other cleaners have done and refuse the item instead of reassuring the customer they can do something they clearly can't. No I didn't cuss them out, despite my emojis, but others beware and be warned!!!

Gwen and her staff are awesome. My grand daughter needed to have her prom dress taken in and hemmed. The Seamtress did and awesome job. My grand baby was some happy with the results. The garment was ready as promised. Thank you Gwen.

Price gauging and took advantage of a young lady! My daughter took a cheap $80 suit to get sleeves shortened and pants hemmed. They charged my daughter $70! Unbelievable! I will never go back! Stay away unless you want to pay high prices

My first experience here! Such wonderful, friendly , professional people ... best service I've ever had at a cleaners. Highly recommend! This is definitely my go to place from now on!

If I could, I would give this place a negative to infinity solely based on my interaction over the phone. I have never written a negative review in my life, but I apparently have time today. With as much competition as there is in the market rudeness is not a recommendation. I simply asked if they do a wash and fold service. The woman's response was "m'am what do you need, because I don't do wash and fold for a living. This is not a laundry mat." Super inappropriate and a rude answer is not needed. You can't make this up. Very entitled and rude establishment. Just a miserable business overall. I should have looked at the reviews before I even called them. Please take your business elsewhere. You work too hard to spend it with this business. No one needs weird, rude vibes.

As a homeowner in an HOA of 18 custom
Built homes in the area, we delegate different tasks to reinvent certain wheels on a yearly basis. This year it was my job to source a new dry cleaning facility. As I walked in, I noticed the gentlemen that was taking down my information was possibly new to the system as it looked as though the lady there, possibly his wife and the owner was assisting him in inputting my information. Now let me give you some background here. I decided that the best way to source a cleaners was to just take a few pieces that my husband, who is an entrepreneur and CEO, had in the laundry room. I was not dressed the best and had gym clothing on. But, being business owners ourselves we know not to ever judge a book by its cover. And to treat everyone with dignity, kindness, grace and compassion. This was far beyond how I was treated in my short 5 minutes at this business. I was curious as to how I could receive coupons or use coupons for my 2 blazers, grouse pants, and 4 dress shirts. The lady decided to ask be harsh in letting me know that i could only apply one coupon and that restrictions applied. None of this I asked her about. At this time I was a little baffled as the website only provides about 3-5 coupons and I assumed they would be familiar with their coupon restrictions and didn't need to take customers phones to read their own coupon verbiage. And then go ahead and be rude and let a customer who never actually asked that "there are always restrictions". Then they asked me what type of starch I wanted for the dress shirts, so As I'm getting to know this new business I asked what levels they had. They looked at me funny and felt the shirts and said light. I said okay. Light it is. I then asked why my coupon couldn't be used on the shirts and only the blazers and trousers and the unkind lady mentioned this," this is not dry cleaning, this is laundered. We would need to launder these. Most people just take their stuff to the dry cleaners and have no idea what they're doing or how it works". As which I responded with no comments other than," I always take these to the dry cleaners". Let me ask something, do we typically go to the doctors office or go in for surgery and start self diagnosing or perform the surgery ourselves? Do we go to restaurants, order food and then begin to walk to the kitchen to prepare our own food? Do we go to get oil changes and expect that we should know how the oil change is performed? There's a saying that goes, to be successful life, find The Who for everything, don't be The Who for everything. Be a visionary! That's the premise that my husband built his successful multimillion dollar company on. I didn't come to your dry cleaners with the knowledge of needing to know how everything worked. It was your job to be kind, courteous and respectful in explaining things to me. So because my karma is much more important than this business owners, I decided to let her speak, be rude and talk to me as though she was above me, and in return I gave her my silence. 30 seconds later I said " Thankyou, I will just go ahead and take my things". She then asked me "okay so you want to leave the dry cleaning here?" At which point I looked at her and said" I'll take all of me things, Thankyou" she looked at me with confusion. I couldn't leave my clothes here in fear that I would be scared or feel attacked to confront a quality issue in the future. I do hope this review has given you some closure on the situation you may or may not still think about. I wish you the best of luck in the future but unfortunately you will not be getting the business of this HOA. And during tough times, it is very hard to keep customers satisfied and sustain your business. As business travel has almost become non existent, I am sure dry cleaners are being affected. However it takes just a little respect and Kindness to go a long way! I hope that you Treat everyone else that walks through yours doors with it because you never know what doors they can open for you and your business. God bless

I rarely use dry cleaners, but I came across this one and recommend it to all! Their service is great and they are very friendly as well. I also get my alterations done from them and they've never disappointed me! You won't be disappointed as well! Gwen is a sweetheart and I enjoy getting my service done from them.

Great service. Good prices. Friendly caring people. They were also the only place I could find to do rugs. They send them out and it took a couple of weeks to get back, but they were large Berner woven 8' heavy runners and couldn't find anyone else in 15 miles from Brookstone in acworth to do them without calling rug cleaning service to come in home at 2x the price. Highly recommend!

They did a great job. Friendly people, fair prices, laundry ready when promised. They were understanding about me losing my receipt. I'd recommend them. They also have drive-up service.
