GameStop

Walked in and was greeted Immediately. Had questions in regards to some games I was interested in and was satisfied with the knowledge the employee had in regards to them. He explained what the game play was like and questioned what i was really looking for in a game . He gave me several suggestions and even was able to show me the game play on youtube.

Had a great experience today purchasing some games for my children both employees there tonight did a great job recommending some games for my children. Thank you Michael and at the moment can not remember the second person who helped me out! Thanks for making this a positive experience as I was getting ready not shop at GameStop any more! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WERE FAST TO HELP ME FIND WHAT I NEEDED AT THEIR NEARST LOCATION!

The line in here is way too long and only two people working. One of them looks like she is in training. I've been on line for 30 minutes. Terrible service. Not sure how they stay on business

I was super bored one day and after researching a certain game online for 3 days straight I finally gave in to buying a brand new Nintendo 3DS XL($200) and then game to go with it ($29.99). I came in at about......11AM-ish which is about an hour after the store opens so of course the mall is empty other than the stroller pushing mommies everywhere.

I walked in, told the dude working the counter (quite a salesman by the way but... didn't purchase the Pokemon they're trying to push) exactly what I wanted, he knew where everything was, got it, charged my card, he attempted to make some chit-chat, and then I was on my way.

Super quick, super easy, just wish they wouldn't rip people off all the time with their USED game prices.
Also, what is up with that plastic-ky smell in there? Oh well, GameStop is GameStop and business is business.

Worse GameStop in Houston area....the overall customer service here sucks ass. There is this short haired country girl who is super unprofessional & every time I've been in there she seems like she doesn't wanna be there. Definitely won't go to this store again!!!

I've been to other GameStop's in the past but this one takes the prize for worst gamestop ever. I walked in got greeted by a tall bald guy. He looked like the only one in the store who was dressed professionally. I tried to trade in my playstation 3 but they told me they could not take it. The manager didn't provide any solution to why he couldn't take the system in and all honesty I thought the tall guy that was dressed professionally was the manager but he wasn't. The store was dirty all the games were out of place two associates one that I presume was the manager was standing behind the counter talking to the other associate not paying attention to any customers. It seems like the tall bald guy was the only one there willing to help me. This is the worst gamestop ever. They need to fire everybody there and start over. I will never go to this gamestop ever agian.
