Fusion 2 Any 1 Sushi & Roll

For an important guest coming to my house, wanted to order something they love and make it special.
So after considerable thought and going through numerous restaurants and photos on Yelp.
Decided on local businesses which was best decision.
The sushi party boat was presented beautifully with high quality ingredients. All the guests were pretty impressed and heard many compliments.
I want to thank the owner and sushi chef for making the event wonderful and memorable.

Slow service, but decent portions. A bit overpriced for what it is, but hey, this is Diamond Bar. Not really a city known for their food, honestly. I paid $22 for this lunch bento - even with inflation, I'm not sure it was worth the price.

The food took more than half an hour to arrive, and it took a long time to grab the attention of the waiter to get our bill.

The food tasted good, the sashimi was decently fresh, but I probably will not return. As the younger people say- "it's pretty mid, bro".

I recently dined at Fusion 2 Any 1 Sushi & Roll in Diamond Bar, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. Our server was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, which is why I vowed for 3 stars. I ordered the Udon Soup with California Rolls, and my wife opted for the 3 Rolls Sushi. However, our excitement quickly turned to disappointment as the sushi was not as fresh as expected. She ate maybe about half and was grossed out. Additionally, the plates on our table were a little dirty, which was off-putting. To make matters worse, the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been.

The most concerning part of our visit was that my wife ended up with food poisoning, which we suspect was due to the sushi's freshness issue. This was a significant letdown and left us with an overall negative impression of the restaurant. While our server's outstanding service stood out, the hygiene and food quality concerns are major areas that need improvement to make dining at Fusion 2 Any 1 Sushi & Roll a more enjoyable and safe experience.

We definitely won't be coming back here.

Good size fish on their rolls. They have a deal where if you order 3 special rolls, they give you a free house roll. Our server didn't bring this up when we ordered our 3 rolls, maybe forgot until we pointed to the announcement on the wall. So make sure you bring it up! They have an extensive menu so there's something for everyone. Definitely recommend this place for good rolls!

5/5 stars!!! My husband and I went there tonight and it was a great experience! We were seated immediately and they accommodated us with a high chair. They checked in with us frequently and the food was brought to us pretty fast!

The snowcorn and monster roll were delicious! The mixed tempura and miso soup tasted good! We would definitely try more items next time! The service was amazing! Seems like a family business and the owner was so friendly. We had a great time! And there wasn't any loud music so our toddler enjoyed having his snacks while we ate! Highly recommended!!

this place sushi is so good. never misses :) also the owners gives roses to all his customers on fridays i believe

I'm giving this restaurant a solid 4/5 stars. I've been here quite a few times and every time, the food is delicious. The rolls are a pretty large portion, so don't order so much at once. The service is amazing, as the owner always approaches and asks how the food is, while making sure I have everything I need. The ambiance is really nice too with lovely decor. I highly recommend going here if you want sushi with a decent price.

It has been a minute since I visited this place but not returning. Several issues.

1. This place got expensive
2. Had a bento box and salmon was warm but chicken was cold (not fresh)
3. Ordered gyoza and asked for dipping spice. Response we don't have any but you can create your own
4. Bad service. All staff were having a casual conversation towards the back of restaurant and totally ignoring the 3 customers.

It's time to look for another sushi option in Diamond Bar.

Visited today with a friend & everything was amazing. The owners came out & were super friendly. We got the baked oysters, salmon carpaccio (requested seared) & baked salmon roll. The order came out quickly and tasted fresh. We'll definitely be back when in the area!

It's not a bad spot for a quick craving. The service was very friendly, one of the servers was very kind to my kids, making sure they had everything they needed and gave us some diamond bar restaurant week take home cups that changed colors. The kids loved it. They both gobbled up their udon (their favorite thing to eat). Sushi was pretty good as well, we ordered sashimi to keep it simple.
