This place is HIGHLY CUSTOMIZED! I can hardly find a right word to fully describe their amazing customer service! I brought there my very complicated thesis project, asking for embroidering various typography on different types of fabrics. Alex made this process so clear and easy! Adam is super experienced! They can even embroider texts on burlap with amazing quality! Very impressed and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I work for the Needham Fire Department. I was looking to have one item embroidered (A Winter Coat) mainly with the Maltese Cross and a couple of add ons. I came across their website and I sent them a message through the site. Alex emailed me back right away and told me that doing one item was no problem and to bring it by. A couple of days later I brought it by and I met with Carol. We went over a few options and figured out what would look the best. I can't emphasize enough how helpful Carol & Alex were to work with, they took their time and really guided me. They did my coat and I got it back the next day and it Came out Fantastic!! I wouldn't go anywhere else if you are looking to have something like this done. Easy to work with, prompt and very fair. An Awesome Experience. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for this service

Alex was great. I called late on a Friday looking for embroidered hats by the following week for a work project. Fast turnaround, great quality, and excellent embroidery. Plus, it was so reasonable. Did I mention it was done a day early, even though I changed the hat color? Yup.

Top notch service and quality. Sometimes I feel like Leslie Knope with my last minute requests and demands, Alex has always come through. They've been a successful partner for a wide variety of projects, I've recommended them to friends and I will continue to do so. Now known as Fully Promoted, this is a five star shop.

OH MY GOD! I LOVE this place! They have amazing customer service. So great and down to earth, easy to work with and so so so accommodating! They were able to make my wedding PERFECT by putting our married names on our wedding sneakers!!!

I've worked with Alex from Fully Promoted, for over 6 years. He's always helpful, responsive , friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a surprisingly large selection of items that can be embroidered. If you don't see it, ask. You won't be disappointed if you go to Fully Promoted!

This place is fantastic. Typically I get really overwhelmed with options when I look to buy organization branded t-shirts, bags and the like. These folks help me make sense of the options and ensured we got something we LOVE.

The store is in a perfect location but the store owner "Alex" offered to come to us at anytime plus they will ship to boot. From what I can tell they opened late December 2013 and are getting settled but really are excited about working with the community. We had a small t-shirt job and while I thought it was going to be difficult to process their team assured me it was no problem. It looks like they can do larger, small and even strange jobs.

As a consumer it is always a pleasure bringing my business to people who LOVE their job. These folks do. I highly recommend checking them out....

Great service. Process was easy. Alex is professional and did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. They sent me the mock up in advance, so I could confirm the look. Finished the job on time, during a busy holiday period. I'll have more work for them in the future.
