Prior to seeing Dr. Joseph Nguyen, my go-to eye doctor for 10 plus years was Dr. Keith Fredericks. Dr. Nguyen took over Dr. Fredericks' practice after his passing in 2015. Dr. Fredericks' staff were still around ... Alice and Tia (super duper nice/friendly/helpful/professional as always no change whatsoever).

At that point, I truly had zero interest in looking for a new eye doctor plus I loved his staff very much. I've decided to stick around! I believe that great staff always work with a great boss. In this case, I am so right! Dr. Nguyen is very impressive!!!!

My 6 year old boy is also his patient!!!! Whoever asked me for an eye doctor recommendation, I would just bring up Dr. Nguyen.

Note that I absolutely appreciate how everything is done online from making appointments to picking up my contacts. Thank you again Dr. Nguyen for making things easier!!!!

His staff Alice & T are sweet & delightful. They always try to accommodate you.

I have been going with Dr. Joseph since forever! I love how detailed he is when doing an eye exam and explains what's going on with your eyes. There was a time where I asked if lasik was a good option for me- since he knows that I have bad dry eye he recommend not to! Which I highly appreciated since he explained how lasik could make my dry eye worse. No matter if I have insurance in or out of network I have always visited his office since I know he takes his time to throughly check my eyes. No other Eyecare provider has done that for me- they usually just check your prescription and ask if you can still see (ridiculous) and give you the same prescription. I 100% percent recommend visiting Eyecare Leaders! You will feel welcome and he always remembers you which I like!

When Dr. Fredricks passed away, I continued to come to this Dr.'s office out of loyalty and comfort. I have been coming to this location for 30 years! I know the building has relocated but I still came to this eye dr. I brought my teenager to get contacts and the contact lenses did not work out for her. We brought back the box of lenses unopened. When we came back, they did not allow the payment to go towards copay for her glasses because part of the monies I paid was a "fitting fee." I understand policy and procedures and I do know that certain "policies" can be changed as an accommodation. $56.00 dollars may not be a lot to some people but for others this is dinner for a family, this is a water bill, this is gas in your car, ect. Since they could not make an accommodation for my daughter with a disability, I will not give them any more business and will continue to share this post on all rating platforms. They are unreasonable. I am certain now that I am posting this review, they will reach out to me via this review for me to reach out to them when they could have been understanding and reasonable from the beginning.
