Foster Foot Clinic

Here I am again 4 plus weeks after my initial visit. First of all, again, the staff are very nice, but, when the doctor came in to evaluate me and all he had me do is stand up, turn around, then diagnosed me as having an extreme condition. He then scurried away. Next a person came in, took molds of my feet and said my inserts would arrive in 2 weeks. I asked what the treatment would be (message, exercises, anything she said she in 2 weeks I would be fitted. and then basically dismissed. I called after 2 weeks no inserts. Week 3 no inserts, Week 4 finally they arrived. Made an appointment, went to office I did not see the doctor again. They just took my shoes put in the inserts and sent me on my way. With every phone call I made I asked questions and never got a straight answer. After the disappointment of my first visit I did a lot of research. and there are many treatments available. None of which were offered to me and after the first (5 minute) exam I never so the doctor again. .I am very sorry I did not listen to my gut and took this recommendation.

Great Podiatrist!!!! I have been going to Dr. Foster for years now. Dr. Foster and his staff have been so friendly and helpful every time I have seen them. I've always been very impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. They are always extremely careful and I have always left satisfied. I have recommended him to all of my friends and they only have great things to say about him. My parents go to him as well and they are always saying how gentle and personable he is with them. Highly recommended!

In January, 2018 Dr. Foster successfully corrected a painful ingrown toenail for me. The procedure was quick and pain-free and his directions for post-treatment care were clear and easy to follow. I have no hesitation in recommending him for such procedures.

The staff was very nice. The doctor took about five minutes with me, hardly listening to my description of my problem. He had me stand up and turn around. He said I had falling arches and needed orthotics. The staff made impressions for the custom orthotics and I was told it they would be ready in a couple of weeks and they would call me. I called after three weeks and was told they were not in yet, but they would call me when ready. I called after about six weeks and was again told that they were not in yet, and I would be called when they were ready. I kind of forgot about it over the summer, but finally called back after five months and was told, "Oh I'm sorry, but the company that makes the orthotics is no longer doing it and we have no record of our patients who had ordered so we had no way of contacting you to let you know." What?! No record of your patients??? They offered to let me come in again to get impressions made to send to another company. NO THANKS!!! I am DONE!!! Extremely unprofessional. Thankfully, they have not billed me for getting nothing done, but they did bill my insurance company and the insurance paid their portion. What a rip-off!
