Foot solutions is for all of us that have foot problems. It is much more than a she store. The staff is educated and listens carefully to your issues and needs as they find the right shoe for you.

They also made me a custom orthotic using the latest technology. It was much more convenient and faster than going to my foot doctor (no follow up appointment and co-pays). You can stop by the store to pick up and get adjustments.

Brian will personally measure each of your feet and recommend brands based on the size, length, width, arch height, heel health, toe length and width and you will have the joy of finding your favorite color in store and/or select it from a catalog right there and then. Excellent customer service, personalized attention to each foot and most importantly - a most excellent walk around in the shop whilst wearing a new pair / brand, in your foot size and toe size.

New shoes fit like gloves, they allow your feet to breathe, and help you relax (right there and then) to ensure a perfect fit on each foot. Any further tweaks needed? Adjustments are made to each foot as they monitor each step and movement from each foot and toe. It's as though they use an invisible stethoscope. One can leave the store in a pair of newbies or take a long pause, sit, stand, think and then decide.

Sometimes shopping is easier. It all depends on the time of your visit and season of your need (spring, summer, fall or winter); and perhaps the reason/s for coming to this specific store. Any new pair of shoes, socks, or simply a catalogue will be readily available. Perhaps a comfortable pair of slippers / house-slippers or beach-slip-ons (flip-flops) is what you need?

I always find something and leave more educated and informed to make better choices as I complete my visit. I am a returning customer and shop for family and friends.

Brian "makes it happen" and there is absolutely no pressure. It's your choice and your decision every step of the way. Think on your feet, sit, leave, come back. Ponder a little. Dream, make a wish for each foot, your big toes, little toes. Feel the shoes with your hands.

I find myself enjoying every precious moment. It is as though my feet, my hands, my eyes and my ears and Irene (we) have a little European vacation. Touch, feel, smell, find with your eyes and search until each foot is happy! Happy feet! ‍

Found the service here just as well informed and helpful as others have mentioned. Not a huge range of shoes to select from, but I did get a pair of orthotics that are helping me. For what they were (pretty basic and not super complex), $80 was pretty steep. But you're not really paying for the orthotics so much as the consultative time. I think custom orthotics are around $395 here (?) which is at the upper end of what other places charge, in my experience. So in summary- great staff and service, ok pricing.

I had a wonderful experience at the Sandy Springs location. Michelle gave me excellent customer service. I explained that my feet were in needed of comfort to continue walking as a way to exercise. Michelle recommended the Brooks tennis shoe with additional insoles for support, and also an indoor shoe for support to walk around my house. I was so satisfied with my purchases that the following week I also purchased a casual summer sandal with support. Remember to ask for Michelle she is the best!

I went to the east cobb location on roswell rd and Mimi helped me! She was GREAT! Very knowledgeable. I was in desperate need of some back and knee pain relieve being a nursing student and working on my feet 12 hours a day! I got some great tennis shoes w arch support and flip flops with support. I was surprised to find they actually have good looking shoes as well. Thank you! Highly recommend them!

I am sitting here looking at 20 pairs of shoes that I am getting rid of. Since I purchased my shoes from Brian at foot solutions, and found out how comfortable I can be, there is no going back! Seriously - Your feet will not regret it. I stand for 8 hours a day on concrete - I have not had any sore feet since I have made the switch! THANK YOU!

I have been buying shoes (and orthotics and purses) from Marsha and Brian Riggs for several years. They truly desire to make your purchase work for you. From running shoes, to daily wear, boots and dressy shoes I have found selections which make my feet and knees feel good! After two knee replacements I know it matters!!!! I tend to stop by often, to check shoes ready for clearance to new selections. They are knowledgable about styles, colors and will work with you. I couldn't be more pleased!!
