The cashier named Jayden L. And Ray gave me attitude he turned his back on me and ignored me when I was trying to ask a guestion very nasty demeanor he shouldn't be doing customer service. This was my first and last time in that store. I hope management sees this review. I spent $152.00 in that store today. I'm the type of person that buys two pair of shoes at one time. You lost a good customer.

Someone gave me a pair of 1's that smelled like QUEEF. I asked a girl name Noe to exchange them and they said to leave

There is no reason to ever shop here. The workers are completely apathetic. There is no mirror (really), and they will only give you one shoe at a time. I purchased a pair of vans here, and within a week they ripped apart. When I brought them in to exchange, they were completely dismissive; they do not stand behind what they sell. I have never seen workers take less pride in their work. This is exactly the kind of establishment you don't want to succeed, let them fail.

I specifically called ahead of time to make sure that they had a certain type of basketball shoe that I wanted to try on. They assured me that they had that type of shoe. When I showed up 30 minutes later, of course they did not in fact have that shoe. Caused me to waste about 45 minutes going there in the first place when she could've easily just told me that they did not have that shoe if she had actually bothered to check.

I've been by this location once a few weeks back and the selection for shoes is better than expected -- for the kind of shoes I was looking for. However, I've been by twice during the listed hours and they've been closed both times. This store may be closed but cannot verify through the Foot Locker site.

I went to this Foot locker today they had nice sweats on sale $14.99 down from $24.99 black, blue and gray.
I was there yesterday and got the wrong size. They returned them for the right size NP. The staff is very nice every time I go there.
The Foot Locker on Mission street is full of helpful and friendly people. I think a lot of people wouldn't think to go to Mission and 18th to pick up their kicks but give it a try and you'll be pleasantly surprised. I was....

Picked up my Gamma XIs on 12/21 with no problem.
Although when I called in after I had already got my ticket, on Wednesday or something, I asked what time the last pick up was going to be. They said 6pm.
I remember the manager? telling me when I picked up my ticket that last pick up time was 3pm.
Good thing I stuck by this. I went by at 230pm to pick up my pair and there was a group of people waiting outside to buy any unclaimed pairs. The cut off was 3pm. Had I listened to the employee that said 6pm, my pair wouldve been long gone.
But in terms of the pick up, it was a breeze. Walked in and out in less than 5 minutes.
Thanks ladies!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Dec 13, 2013Previous reviewThis footlocker location isn't exactly in a prime location.
Therefore, they don't have many sales, leading to low inventory for some of the more popular Jordan releases.
Went there this morning to snag a ticket for the Gamma XIs coming out on 12/21.
Waited outside for an hour and was able to grab a ticket for myself. There weren't too many people in line so it was kept nice and orderly. No problem picking up a ticket to reserve a pair.
Based off of what I could see in the store, it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. What they had on the shelves were decent, including a pair of the safari foamposites leftover from the release.
Will update the review when I pick up my reserved pair. Let's see how they handle the distribution half! - Court S.Los Angeles, CA106010312256Feb 12, 2012
I didn't even know that this store existed in the middle of Spanish Harlem aka the mission. They had the sneakers i'd been craving along with $42 sweatshirts on sale for $9.99. The tatted up associate that worked there provided me with great eye candy while I shopped.
