Very fun place for a birthday party, with great music, and nice customer service, and most importantly the kids love it, they want to come back

      Trampolines etc.

Trampoline parks are pretty much available all over the country and Defy is the one located in PSL.

For those of you who do not know, these indoor parks have a variety of trampoline and other equipment that you can take your kids to, and let them run and bounce off all of their energy.

In theory, it is a great idea and Defy will wear them out. It has trampolines, slide, obstacle course, dodgeball area and a few other things like "jumpy" basketball etc. which will keep the kids moving.

The place is medium sized - there are much larger parks out there and the selection of stuff is just OK. I've been to many of these places where every inch of the active area flooring is covered by soft sheets, but Defy does not have that- so in theory, you could bounce off the trampoline and land on a hard floor.

The check-in people are decent; mostly young staff but they get you on your way quickly, but the check-in area always seems to be sheer chaos.

Another interesting thing, and this seems to have just changed is that now they make you buy their non-slip socks. My kids have been to a lot of jump parks over the years and we have quite the sock collection already but they made us change to their socks. In all fairness, they did not charge me for the new socks but they made me toss out perfectly good socks in the process. Presumably this stems from a recent accident but who knows. In any case, be prepared for scenario.

Outside of the jumping and swinging you can also have your kids birthday parties here and there is a loft area set up for parties with tables etc.

Bathrooms are typically clean but hey, there are a lot of kids running in and out of there so watch your step... especially since you are wearing socks.

Overall a good way to kill a few hours and knock your kids energy levels back.

      Smallish parking lot available.

We had a fantastic time. Isabella at the check in was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make sure our first experience here was going to be a good one! I was going to buy a Groupon and ended up buying one of their punch cards.

She was informative and really helpful! Five stars for this Isabella! What a great asset to your team there!

Kids had a lot of fun and it kept 6 kids ages 1-16 fully occupied and entertained. Facility was clean and lots to play on. Masks were being worn by all for social distancing.

Warning: Our child had injuries from a new slide.
Please remove the dangerous slide as other kids are getting hurt from it too.

I am giving Defy a one because when my daughter was playing dodgeball with a bunch of other little kids and she was just having fun and then some little kid hit her in the eye with a ball. Y'all should have rules saying "Please don't play rough". Now, my daughter's eye is swelling and she says it really hurts. Thanks a lot Defy. We definitely won't be coming back here anytime soon.

This place is a joke! Do not take your littles here. I was only visiting for a month and got a month membership. I was not made aware that my credit card was stored to charge me for another month which is useless since I was visiting!! I was under the impression it was only for a month. I'm being told I will not get a refund. Basically, it's a bunch of teenagers running the business. Equipment was broken and not replaced or obstacles shut down. Restrooms were dirty. Foam pits were filthy as well. This place looks like it's falling apart. Lots of young kids were using loud and foul language with no regard to little children around. I understand kids will be kids but I just found the kids in here to be disrespectful. When I had an issue and wanted to speak to a manager I was told there wasn't one present.

my three kids have a membership there last night August 18, 2023. My son was playing in the basketball area. One of the other kids got mad so five of his friends threw my son to the ground and started hitting him after the police were called the police could not get the kids names because apparently the workers told them that those kids come there all the time do not check in and just jump. So apparently paying for a membership checking in does not matter. Your kids are not safe do not ever let them go to this location unless you want your kid seriously injured.

We liked this place though we came here for a birthday party that was supposed to be a sleepover and there was a big mix up! The place didn't have them down as sleeping over! So here you have 30
Kids at 11:30 pm and sitting outside while the parents went in to figure it all out. They finally allowed them to stay from 12:30 am-3:00 am! It was crazy! I had to drive a car load of kids back to Delray at 3 am -I so didn't like that! My daughter loved the place with the ninja climbing, trampoline, zip line and everything else! The guys that worked the party were fabulous and were so great!
