Q:
I have a food allergy-has anyone with allergies eaten here?
A:
I'm allergic to scallops, clams and oysters but late there just fine. Good restaurants keep the foods separated. Just tell them when you order
Sabra R.Â11 months agoQ:
Do they take reservations?
A:
No, but if you have a special occasion you can call and request preferred seating.

Went last night with the wife after the Christmas Show at the Alabama Theater.
Food & Service was excellent. Our Server Red was very helpful and a joy speaking to.
I had the petite 6 oz Filet & Lobster tail. The wife had Scallops in pasta . Both are meals were delicious.
First time visiting the restaurant & will definitely be back again.
Heard so much about it but never got around to checking it out. Our misfortune.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Kenny S.Elkin, NC0510Apr 15, 2024
Wow. What an amazing place. The atmosphere is fantastic and that pales in comparison to the service and the food. From the decor to the details in food presentation, server knowledge, food taste and quality this place does not disappoint. We went there Friday night for the first time. Friends have been recommending it for a while but Friday was a first taste. Wow. Mike the manager was involved and attentive, the people at the front desk greeted you with smiles, the waiter we had, Max, was top notch, calm, professional, personal, and efficient. Steph at the bar made the best dirty martini. The price was more than reasonable and it felt like a bargain for the complete product and experience we received. We had company coming the next day for birthday celebrations and had plans to go to another restaurant...but once we completed our Friday night dinner at The Flamingo Grill, we decided to change our plans Saturday and come back with our guests to the Flamingo. The entire group loved it. The two owners, I think they're named Dino and Deano were walking around greeting people, helping serve, picking up dirties.....impressive. We had Evan as a server Saturday night and he was equally as impressive as Max. Max even noticed us and came over to say hello Saturday night. What a treat this place is. This has, in two visits, become our new go to special restaurant. Go tonight, you'll be glad you did.

Was looking for a local ( not chain) seafood place at Myrtle Beach. Found it here!
Great Manhattan ( on the rocks), seafood appetizer & 'Small Meal' w/ the best crabcake in the South.
Our server Birdgit made our experience like we're personal guests in her home, with claims that sauces, dressings, desserts are housemade!
Owner greeted us at table where we extended our compliments.
Prices VERY reasonable considering high quality, FRESH plates!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Patrick M.Penns Grove, NJ177Apr 11, 2024

We hadn't been there for a while. This Restaurant been around forever still does a great job. The decor needs updated but a lot of people like it old like it used to be.

I have been at this establishment numerous times with friends and we absolutely love it! From the outside the location does not seem that large or welcoming. Once inside the space opens up to show an interesting mix of decor with motorcycles, posters, and cardboard cutouts (love the Jessica Rabbit one) and nicely organized seating. Every waiter we've ever had is friendly, consistent, and provides top service.
I always start my meal off with the she crab soup. It's creamy, has a great zesty herb seasoning, chunky pieces of crab meat, and I highly recommend dipping the garlic bread served on the side into it for an additional savory texture. I have had the scallop pasta numerous times, it's sauce is light, flavorful, and the vegetables add a nice density alongside the super thick fresh scallops. The prime rib sandwich is my personal favorite item in their menu. The meat was super tender and flavorful. The bread was warm and the vegetables fresh. When you add the au jus your tastebuds just go into overload. The fries were great too. My favorite sandwich in Myrtle Beach for sure.
I highly recommend visiting this location if you're in the Myrtle Beach area. It's located right down nearby the Polynesian Fire luau at the St.John's Inn. The staff, ambience, and food have made this one of my go to dinner locations on the East Coast.Helpful 5Thanks 1Love this 4Oh no 0 - Robyn K.Lawrenceville, GA01Mar 21, 2024
I must say I thought this was going to be an amazing place, but I was wrong. I ordered Togo. And I have to say I'm very upset. I did not receive my 2 salads. My 3 orders of broccoli were so hard that no one could eat it. I specified it to be soft.i order the The kabob app. And it was ice cold and chewy . And my husbands fish sandwich bread was so hard he couldn't eat it.I ordered prime rib med came out well done. I normally don't complain, but I feel like this is ridiculous. I spent a lot of money here. And feel like I wasted my money. I also was told by bar tender that after I had tiped her $30, I couldn't sit there and wait for my food even though that was where the manager told me to go. Smh.
I couldn't call because they were closed.
I will not be back. I did send an email to them but haven't heard back from themHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jul 14, 2023
First time visiting this restaurant even though we've owned in NMB for 3+ years. Didn't even connect the Beach TV ad we've seen over and over featuring the owners, Dino and Dino. Anyway, place was very busy at 6PM on a Thursday. We had called ahead to get "preferred seating" (no reservations). That place us ahead of walk ins. Entrance area can get crowded but you are invited to sit outside while waiting ( can be a bit warm in summer). The host did an excellent job of greeting patrons and recognizing return diners. Waited about 20 minutes, not bad at all. Looks like all of the seating is good and provided some isolation.
Staff greeted us repeatedly and one of the owners stopped by 3-4 times to check on us. Waitress was great, attentive and helpful.
Food was good but I can't say anyone is our party of 3 would reorder the same dishes. Lobster bites were tastless but prepared well. Scallops pasta was ok, scallops were smallish and firm, sauce was thin. Crab cake was delicious but not chunky like Maryland. Salads were very good. Drinks were refilled often.
Downsides, it's a bit noisy and dark in places. Somewhat pricey but they do offer small plates. Booths were a bit cramped. Saw patrons admitted wearing what I would call inappropriate diner clothes (men in sleeveless shirts, people wearing hats, bathing suits). This is an upscale setting, not a beach bar. But hey, it's 'Merica.
I'll go back after tourist season and try some other dishes.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Joe V.Myrtle Beach, SC1099Apr 6, 2024
I only wish I had found this place long ago. The prime rib is excellent, and between family members and myself have probably tried about a third of the menu by now. One of the better restaurants in the area. Go early to make sure you get there before it gets too crowded.
